A quiet place :)
The room was big and clean, and the staff was friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was nice, but simple.
The only drawbacks were the design which is quite old, the secluded location, and the pool which more of a glorified tub.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas ganz Besonderes, und das liegt vor allem an der persönlichen Betreuung durch Giannis, seine Frau und seine Mutter Anastasia. Die drei kümmern sich um alles. Das Frühstück morgens ist bombe - sogar à la carte - alles, was man sich wünscht. Der Pool und die ganze Anlage sind so gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet, dass man nach einem Strandtag oder Ausflügen gerne "heim" kam. Wir können das Aelia als Paar und auch als Familie absolut empfehlen!

Giunti all'ultimo giorno di questa vacanza, non posso che scrivere che questa struttura è davvero ottima. Posizione eccellente, è vicino alle spiagge più belle (io amo la sabbia) e protette dal meltemi che è caratteristico di questa isola. Vicino inoltre a batsy che è un centro molto carino con diversi ristoranti e negozietti. Personale cordiale e sempre attento, pulizie giornaliere , parcheggio adiacente ma la lode è per la colazione. Iniziare la giornata all'ombra degli alberi con colazione servita con ottimi prodotti sia dolci che salati è favoloso. Consiglio a chi verrà ad andros questa struttura .

Κάκιστη συμπεριφορά! Ήρθαμε από Αθήνα κλείσαμε μέσω booking και όταν πήγαμε για check in μας είπαν ότι τελικα θα δώσουν ακόμα μια ημέρα το δωμάτιο μας στο προηγούμενο ζευγάρι που εμένε εκεί! Έκανε υποτίθεται λάθος το booking! Καμία σχέση ήθελαν να βγαλουν μαύρα χρήματα και προτίμησαν να μας πετάξουν στο δρόμο! Πριν τους ζητήσουμε επιστροφή χρημάτων μας έστειλαν σε ένα άλλο κοντινό ξενοδοχείο φίλων τους το οποίο ήταν παλιό και ούτε καν είχε πισίνα! Κόστιζε 50 ευρώ λιγότερο από αυτό που πλήρωσαμε για να μείνουμε και θα έβγαζαν κέρδος πάλι από εμάς χωρίς να μας έχουν εξυπηρετήσει! Αααα και τελευταίο και καλύτερο, η υπεύθυνη μητέρα του αφεντικού μας ήταν απαραδεκτη και μας κοίταζε περίεργα που είχαμε πάει επαγγελματίες αθλητές με τα αθλητικά μας ρούχα μέσα στο luxury hotel της! Χωρίς ίχνος σεβασμού στο τέλος θα μας επιστραφούν τα χρήματα σε 7-12 εργάσιμες ημέρες και αναγκαστήκαμε να επιστρέψουμε στην Αθήνα αφού τέτοιες ημέρες οτιδήποτε άλλο κατάλυμα ήταν ήδη κλεισμένο η ήθελαν πάνω από 1000 ευρώ για ένα βράδυ διαμονής! Ποτέ ξανά όχι για το λάθος που έκαναν αλλά για την αδικαιολόγητη κακή συμπεριφορά τους! Ένα συγγνώμη τι να μας κανει; Αναγκαστήκαμε να επιστρέψουμε στην Αθήνα και να μην κάνουμε διακοπές!

Beaux apartments, décorés avec goût, calmes et à 200 M de la plage. Yoannis est un hôte attentionné, l'accueil est amicale. Le petit déjeuner est le meilleur que nous avons eu en Grèce avec de produits très frais et une large choix. En bref je recommande cette location sans reserve

Very nice and clean accommodation. Perfect - helpful owners and staff. Unrepeatable breakfast with homemade dishes. Next to the best beaches of the island and the best beach bars. Very close to Gavrio and cosmopolitan Batsi.

We stayed a week at this property in August. The property is located between Batsi and Gavrio (closer to Gavrio), in a quiet side street. The property has a large car park. The rooms are large and quite clean. The striking thing is the courtesy of the family and Joanis' advice on the island. Breakfast was brought to us outside every morning.
