Villa Maniati si trova a 5 minuti di auto dal porto di Gavrio dove attraccano i traghetti e 15 minuti da BATSI, centro vivace pieno di taverne e locali. La struttura è a pochi metri dal mare (oltre la strada c'è la spiaggia) in posizione rialzata tra 2 spiagge AGHIOS PETROS (lunga spiaggia per lo più libera e tranquilla sulla destra) e GOLDEN BEACH o CHRISSI AMMOS (quasi tutta attrezzata con beach bar, ideale per famiglie con bambini che quasi la monopolizzano, fondale basso di sabbia e mare stupendo). Ci sono diverse unità vista mare con parcheggio privato e reception sempre aperta. La ricca colazione viene servita in camera 8,30/10,30 (orario da concordare con la reception) con un cesto, caffè, succo, miele, yogurt, frutta, pane, affettati etc.. Le unità sono confortevoli e complete di aria condizionata, angolo cottura, frigo, televisione (no canali SAT) , cassaforte e wifi. Vicino al parcheggio ci sono un barbecue e attacchi per l’acqua. Impeccabile e regolare la pulizia e il cambio di asciugamani (entrambi i servizi sono giornalieri) Camere tranquille (ma come sempre dipende molto dagli ospiti….) I proprietari sono persone molto cordiali, disponibili e attente ai bisogni dei clienti. Il primo giorno all’arrivo ci hanno dato anche una cartina dell’isola e alcune info gradite su spiagge, ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. In conclusione ci siamo trovati benissimo e consiglio Villa Maniati a chi cerca una sistemazione fuori dal caos e dalla movida di altri luoghi come Batsi.

(+)This small apartment hotel has perfect location for relaxing beach holiday. The place is easy to reach from Gavrio port, quiet and two best beaches of Andros are just across the street. Basic infrastructure - rustic sea front tavernas, small supermarket and bakery - is in working distance. Good choice of local restaurants is 10min away by car in Gavrio or Batsi. The white villa is built in country-typical style and surrounded by olive trees garden. Rooms (double) are not very big but impeccably clean and daily served. They are equipped with tiny but fully functional kitchenette and have nice balcony or terrace with sea view faced west. Guest shower in the yard additionally keeps beach sand away from apartments. Exceptional breakfast is served in rooms. Very friendly and attentive personal. Value for money - middle segment prices. (-) Narrow shower in the apartment might be a bit challenging. Car would be an advantage and enable more mobility.
