The last time I stayed at this hotel was when I was a teenager and it was just as special as I remembered it to be. Such a treat to bring my own family back here. An amazing few days and thank you to the lovely staff who work so hard to ensure everything is right. What I really love is that this hotel has personality and feels wonderfully Greek - it's not just another resort which could be anywhere. Beach, food and location all excellent - we will be back!

Second time staying at this hotel. We LOVE it!! It’s so relaxing and such a beautiful location with crystal clear water. The thing that makes this hotel so amazing is the staff. They are so incredibly friendly and helpful. They work so hard in ensuring you have a wonderful holiday. They always have a smile on their face. I sadly didn’t get everyone’s names that we met and I honestly could praise every single member of staff. They were all so wonderful especially the breakfast, pool, beach, taverna, bar and reception staff. The cleaners and gardeners work so hard to make the hotel look clean, well maintained and welcoming. The pool was lovely and quiet and you could rest beneath the olive trees and read a book. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, cooked breakfast, omelettes, pancakes, waffles and sweet treats. The beach was lovely with crystal clear water. The water sports were great run by extremely helpful guys who were great with the kids. A truly perfect hotel. We will be back!!

Spent the bulk of our honeymoon here, and I’m so glad we did. The resort is fantastic in every way. The rooms are large and very clean, with comfortable beds and huge bathrooms. Other facilities are clean and easily accessible. The beach and beach attendants could not have been more relaxing. By the end of the first day the beach attendants recognized us and jumped up when they saw us everyday to ready our loungers. The food offered at breakfast and restaurants was excellent, and the hotel is a not too bad walk from Elounda town which offers a surprising amount of restaurant and bar choices. We also used a spa discount and found the spa to be very comfortable and really enjoyed our time there. The highlight by far is the staff. Oresti and Ana at the jetty bar (which we visited every night), Panagioti who served us every morning, and especially Georgia from the pool bar who was always happy to see us and gave great recommendations on where to eat and what to see. The people really made the experience over the top here! We will be back for years to come hopefully!

My Wife and I had the most wonderful stay at the Elounda Beach Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and engaging welcome by all, and then walking into a beautiful Villa, with amenities, fresh roses, and amazing views, we were in heaven and ready to enjoy our holiday and jump into the pool! The team truly went out of their way to ensure we were so well taken care of, it was such a pleasure to start the day each morning with breakfast, the offerings and service were outstanding, and great name recognition, and then to walk back into a refreshed and beautiful Villa, private pool and views to die for. We had some fabulous dining experiences, especially at Dionysos where the food was superb, and of course not forgetting our favourite Argonaut (Italian) with the best table in the restaurant, our son who joined us for 5 days loved Kafenion the Greek restaurant, so it was a win-win for all. It was our first visit to Crete and not our last, highly recommend this amazing resort, the Management team was always present and engaging, wanting to assist you in a discreet manner. We also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Alexandros, and the Food and Beverage Manager, Dimitris, thank you both and your amazing team for a wonderful holiday.

My wife and I are just back from a very relaxing week spent at Elounda Beach Hotel. The staff were all helpful and friendly and from the moment we arrived we felt valued and spoiled! The three gentlemen on reception all very helpful as well as Ioanna in guest experience. The breakfast buffet was extensive with a good choice of freshly cooked/prepared food and staff helpful and friendly. We mainly used the small beach at the hotel and Nikos and Poros were great sorting out towels etc. and the beach was lovely- water lovely temperature and clean and a breeze which helped keep us cool as well as a general relaxed vibe. Our room had a lovely view of pool and sea and was serviced twice a day which was brilliant. The whole complex has a relaxed and uncluttered feel and there were a large range of accommodation options. The resort is a little out of town but has a range of on site restaurants-we had a couple bar lunches but in the evening we tended to get a taxi into town as we were interested in seeing around a bit and trying different restaurants-the hotel staff were very helpful in arranging taxis for us. We walked a few times but found it quite hot so treated ourselves to taxis! We would definitely recommend the resort and its staff and hope to be able to return again soon. As well as suiting couples it would work well for families and a group of friends. There are a good range of motorised water sports offered including diving as well as tennis courts , a sports area and a gym so teenagers should find plenty to amuse themselves. There are plenty of sitting areas both inside the hotel and outside which would be lovely if with a group of friends or a couple of families. Highly recommended.

Having spent a week in Elounda Beach I would like to say that our holiday far outweighed all of our expectations. The accommodation,staff and food were all magnificent. This is truly a special place and excellent water sports. A special mention to the staff in the Veghera Bar who made every evening a treat. We will be booking for next year for an extended holiday. Great week away in this beautiful hotel We are a family of 8 myself my wife my children and partners Staff are genuinely amazing. Couldn’t do enough for us all week. Some amazing views lovely private beach and the food is both varied and delicious We spent a great deal of time at the beach as there was a bit more life than around the main pool as we were a younger group than the vast majority of the other guests. Thanks so much for a great week we had great fun. Sorry about our Karaoke night in the fine dining restaurant, hope we didn’t upset too many guests Big thanks to Marios and Elena who were both superb all week

We had the most wonderful, relaxing vacation at Elounda Beach! Only 15 minutes from Agio Nikolaos, Elounda Beach marries a high-end stay with the Greek island experience. The differentiator from other five star hotels has been the welcoming, engaging, personable staff that tried their best for every single one of us to have the most amazing experience! We enjoyed the salt water pool, the beach, the kids club and our breakfast (being pampered by Eleni).

We had no idea what to expect on Crete as a whole, or the Elounda / St. Nicholas area. What a nice hotel. The rooms are really suites and are quite nice - great marble bathrooms, a living room (in our 2 bedroom). They do not have room numbers. Rather, they are designated by characters from Greek mythology. Nice touch. The receptionists were both ex-pats from Great Britain and had lived there for years. They could not have been nicer or more helpful - than you both for all of your help and guidance. Our teen girls had their own bedroom in the 2 BR / 2 BA suite we were given and it was very well appointed. We had a welcome bottle of wine and rusks (croutons) with olive spreads and included bottles of water (just had to call for more when needed). The balconies gave us a very nice view of the entire bay - the hotel is up a ways on the side of the hill/mountain. The pool was salty and great after some hot days, although sometimes the seating was full if you needed an umbrella. The restaurant was very nice and the food selection was good and not pricier than the restaurants in town, plus the staff was quite friendly. Breakfasts (free) were pretty incredible - almost anything you could wish for (including peach juice, which was the favorite of the girls). A small nautilus gym machine and a few dumbells in the gym, but it had a sauna and steam room (too hot to try either) and is open 24 hours. Also had available massages, but didn't try. Excursions from the hotel went well and it wasn't that much (16E to St. Nicholas). The hotel also has a "villa" on the beach with a beachfront eating area and about 8 chairs with umbrellas and an attendant for food, etc. We did try this on our last day and it is quite nice and, again, the attendant was very friendly. The hotel also had "super villas" that have their own pool, but we didn't get to see those - seemed quite nice though. Overall, highly suggest it if you are in the Elounda area and are looking for accommodations. Miss it already!
