L’hotel est beau, le cadre autour de la piscine est magnifique… que ce soit le restau ou le bar, c’est très « cosy ». La piscine est salée, eau de mer ou pas, elle est salée, pas de douche par contre. Les transats sont vite prisés car une petite douzaine de duo, pas plus. La chambre est correcte, grande mais sombre et bruyante. La literie est agréable. La salle de bain quant à elle, est étrange. Le lavabo se trouve dans l’entrée et la douche et les wc dans une salle un peu part…. Pas commun. La douche est agréable mais peu pratique, on met vite de l’eau absolument partout. Le buffet du soir est cher, 30€/personne sans boisson (pour la Crête c’est cher) et surtout qu’il est quelque conque, on ne se régale pas. Pareil pour le buffet du petit dej, du choix mais pas super bon…. Le jus d’orange n’est pas pressé mais un mélange de jus en boite et de jus frais histoire de faire des économies. Le personnel est aimable, rien à dire. Bref, c’était un bon séjour, je regrette juste les repas dans cet hotel.

Εκπληκτικό ξενοδοχείο με εξαιρετικό προσωπικό. Οι υπάλληλοι είναι όλοι πρόθυμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν με ευγένεια και χαμόγελο. Το μπουφέ στο πρωινό και στο βραδινό πραγματικά αξίζει, κάθε μέρα έχει και κάτι διαφορετικό, είναι όλα πολύ νόστιμα και δεν ξέρεις τι να διαλέξεις. Εκτός από την πισίνα και το γυμναστήριο υπάρχει ping pong και μπιλιάρδο, καθώς και ένας μικρός παιδότοπος για τα παιδιά. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και άνετο με μεγάλη βεράντα και το στρώμα καταπληκτικό. Μπράβο στον σεφ και σε όλη την ομάδα που δουλεύει στο ξενοδοχείο. Ιδανική επιλογή για ήρεμες, ξεκούραστες διακοπές. Φύγαμε με τις καλύτερες αναμνήσεις.

Leider stand unser Zimmer am Anreisetag wegen eines Schadens nicht zur Verfügung, und wir wurden auf ein anderes Hotel verwiesen, was uns zunächst erst mal einen Dämpfer gab. Allerdings wurde uns in Aussicht gestellt, unsere restlichen Tage ein Superior-Zimmer mit Infinity-Pool zu bekommen. Das war natürlich eine großzügige Entschädigung, welche wir sehr genossen. Im Hotel herrscht eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre mit dezenter Musik. Die gepolsterten Liegen am Pool sind leider nicht ausreichend, aber es wird dann mit einfacheren aufgestockt. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl an kalten und warmen Speisen. Wer da behauptet nichts zu finden, schwindelt ganz einfach. Zum Frühstück kann man sich auch am Küchenschalter Omelett bereiten lassen. Das Personal war überwiegend sehr freundlich. Der Herr an der Rezeption wirkte ein wenig kühl und distanziert. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Just returned from the most incredible stay at Elounda Palm! We were a group visiting for a wedding nearby we were mainly looking for just a base and honestly, the hotel blew us away. The setting is beautiful, with the whole hotel having a really calm relaxed energy. The rooms are stunning, and the views are unreal (picture perfect). A massive thank you to all the team especially Nikos and Costas we especially looked forward to seeing them every day however every single staff member was so warm and welcoming. The food in the pool restaurant is a whole other class and I will dream about it every day until I return- thank you Chef Demitris! A truly unforgettable stay — thank you Elounda Palm 🫶✨🇬🇷

Super hôtel 4* ! Un personnel souriant & à l’écoute. Une chambre récemment rénovée, propre et spacieuse avec une grande terrasse avec 2 transats, canapé et chaise/table. Petite surprise avec une légère vue mer « pas prévue » dans la catégorie de chambre réservée. Nous étions en demi-pension, le buffet du soir était varié et changeait chaque jour. Nous avons aussi testé le restaurant « à la carte » du midi, très bien aussi ! Tout est idéal pour un séjour reposant ! On souhaite déjà y retourner !

Superbly run hotel. Everything was spotless. Balcony with beautiful sea view and large balcony to sit and eat on and two sumbeds to relax on. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly in the bar and restaurant. The refurbished swimming pool and general set up of gardens and comfortable choice of sun loungers of sunbathing bean bags was lovely

Das Hotel an sich ist schön, modern und sauber. Wir hatte. Allerdings Zimmer direkt zum Parkplatz hin. Sowohl spät Abends, als auch früh morgens war es sehr laut, durch Küchenwagen und Anlieferungen.Ebenso war die Hauptstraße. Sehr laut. Das Fitnessstudio war mit vier Ausdauergeräten und zwei Matten sehr enttäuschend. Das Essen war ok, aber nicht wirklich abwechslungsreich. Salateund Rohkost sahen immer so aus, als ständen sie schon länger. Für Vegetarier und Veganer nur wenig Auswahl, da in feast allen Gemüse und Beilagen immer Fleisch oder Käse drin war.

Très bel hôtel, calme et joliment arboré. Une cuisine de qualité, un choix varié et des produits frais. Le personnel est très souriant. Les chambres sont très confortable, vue mer avec piscine pour notre expérience. Idéal pour un séjour en couple et au calme. À 20 min à pied du centre d’Elounda.
