We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful – they made us feel so welcome from the very beginning. Everything was just great! Our kids had an amazing time too, especially at the wonderful Kids Club. The sea was beautiful, and both beaches were fantastic. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety.

I visited the spa during my stay and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and everything was very clean and well taken care of. A special shoutout to Andreas, who gave me an absolutely amazing foot massage – super professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend stopping by the spa if you’re looking to unwind – and if you can, definitely book a session with Andreas!

Need to try Spa with Andreas!! We were pleasantly surprised by this resort – it’s something truly different from a classic hotel stay. The charming traditional Greek houses, beautiful colors, and lovely architecture create such a warm atmosphere. Our apartment was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and a large balcony. The gardens are full of greenery and beautifully arranged flowers, making the whole place feel like an oasis. The beach is stunning, with soft sand, and the pine forest nearby adds a unique touch. It’s also a great spot for snorkeling! The food was delicious, the fruits incredibly fresh, and there were plenty of attractive options for little ones. I highly recommend booking a massage with Andreas – it made my holiday feel complete. All staff is friendly and kind. We would definitely come back here. 7 days is not enough. Perfectly suited for families with small children!

Sehr schöne und sehr gepflegte Hotelanlage im kretischen Stil. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir verbringen seit 21 Jahren immer mal wieder unseren Urlaub im Candia; in dieser Zeit hat sich die Qualität gut gehalten, da die Anlage immer weiterentwickelt wurde.

As a guest, I felt quite uncomfortable with the way the spa girls are positioned throughout the day. In the morning, during breakfast, they stand next to our tables holding flyers, while we’re trying to enjoy our meal with our families. Later, we see them around the pool, under the hot sun, dressed in dark uniforms, going from one sunbed to the next offering spa treatments. Even on the beach, they walk through the sand, in the heat, wearing long pants, approaching people who are trying to relax or play with their children. Honestly, it’s not a pleasant image. It doesn’t match the atmosphere of a hotel that wants to offer luxury and comfort. I wonder how the management allows this.
