Room type booked was not given, having previously stayed here I chose the room type specifically to have this and was changed on arrival. Receptionist was not welcoming , couldn't care less when we advised of problem. Unable to shower due to such low water pressure. Noise from bars made it difficult to sleep.

We stayed in this lovely independent hotel for 10 night in September. The town is beautiful, and the hotel had a comfortable suite with good facilities and was perfectly located by the lake. It is a fairly basic hotel in that it has no restaurant and the rooms are also quite basic, but the staff were lovely and we wanted for nothing. A special mention for the concierge, Angel, who went out of his way to help us, with information on travelling around using the buses as we weren’t driving, and places worth visiting. When I became ill on our last full day he was so helpful in sorting out a taxi to the hospital, and when my wife came back to collect a couple of things I needed he gave her a lift back so she wouldn’t have to walk in the heat or wait for another taxi. He is a real asset to the hotel and such a lovely man, I hope the owners appreciate him.

I stayed at this wonderful hotel for 7 nights. the cleanliness was perfect and the staff very friendly. the position of the hotel is perfect, you can see the harbor from the hotel room. although I had emotions with the noise, the windows insulate well and nothing can be heard from outside.

Naar aanleiding van de goede reviews op Tripadvisor hebben we zonder aarzelen een vakantie geboekt in dit hotel. Wat was dat een tegenvaller! We kregen een piepkleine kamer, met nauwelijks bergruimte, geen balkon, en een badkamer waar je, wanneer je op de wc zat, met de knieën klem tegen het douchescherm zat. Het zo geroemde ontbijt op de kamer, bleek elke dag dezelfde 4 plakken toast, wat kaas en wat worst te bevatten. Uitermate matig dus!

Super location right on the water, and right near shopping, and the men at reception were both helpful and kind… However, our room had no view of ANYTHING even though we were right next to the water.💧 The room had a few problems: as a three-person suite it was just a regular room with a cot added. It was very tight for the three of us, The toilet 🚽 never worked properly throughout our stay. We had a small terrace that we had to share with two other rooms on one side, and the other side of the room faced out to the common area, so it was quite loud at night. At least it was fairly cheep 🤔

Lovely little hotel for the price and in a brilliant location. The guy that checked us in on reception was super helpful and both my husband and I commented on what a lovely welcome we received. We had a suite with a side sea view, the windows opened fully (no balcony), good aircon and the fridge had a couple of bottles of water chilling which were very welcome. It was very relaxed and had a good vibe about it. Thank you for a very pleasant stay

Als je foto's van het hotel ziet lijkt het er op dat alle kamers een balkon hebben: kamer 102 heeft dat niet. Je had wel een mooi uitzicht over het meertje en de bergen. Het is een super kleine kamer, je kunt elkaar nauwelijks passeren. Er is nagenoeg geen plek om je kleding neer te leggen of te hangen. Wij hebben noodgedwongen 2 weken uit onze koffers geleefd. Er hing een televisie: hij deed het niet omdat er geen stekker aan zat. We kregen ontbijt op de kamer, dat was geen probleem: het was elke ochtend hetzelfde en zeer minimaal. De badkamer was dusdanig klein dat je nauwelijks normaal op de wc kon zitten. De bedden waren goed. Personeel was vriendelijk. Wat belangrijk is om te vermelden: om bij je kamer te komen moet je een hoge trap op: ongeveer 30 treden. Dit hotel is dus minder geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Wij hebben gezien dat dit hotel betere en ruimere kamers heeft. Als je kamer 102 hebt, heb je gewoon pech. Wij zullen niet weer naar dit hotel gaan.

Appartement de charme avec 2 chambres, atypique mais très agréable et bien situé, proche de toutes les commodités et du lac. On peut juste regretter l'absence de balcon. Vue sur la baie. Parking gratuit à quelques minutes. Accueil sympathique.

Si vous êtes noctambule, vous pouvez demander la suite lune de miel située en hauteur juste à côté du bar de nuit en toit terrasse mitoyen. Soit vous danser sur votre terrasse de cette « Suite » , soit vous prenez un cachet pour vous endormir… Après avoir fait part à la responsable de ce problème majeur, nous avons décidé de partir un jour avant. L’autre suite proposée par la responsable se trouve au même niveau que le bar de nuit à ciel ouvert.Donc le changement n’aurait rien changé. Nous ne conseillons pas cet établissement qui , malgré les avis plutôt positifs, ne nous a pas permis d’être sereins et reposés ; un comble pour des vacances . De plus, la salle d’eau sentait l’humidité et la porte ne pouvait pas se fermer correctement. La fenêtre de cette pièce d’eau donnant directement sur le bar … Quelle déception d’avoir eu à subir cette nuisance de taille. Nous ne reviendrons donc pas dans cette Belle demeure. Bienvenue aux malentendants, aux noctambules jusqu’à 2h du matin et aux personnes avec un sommeil de plomb.
