We spent ten days here and really loved it. The hotel is on a hill which means amazing views but be prepared to walk uphill or the hotel has little golf buggies to take you to the top of the complex. Location is brilliant with two lovely beaches very close - one pebble and one sand. The sea here is amazing if you like swimming, we were in it multiple times a day. 15 mins max walk into the town. We loved Agios Nikolaos, pretty town with lots of shops and restaurants. On route there is a fab beach bar too with brilliant cocktails. Room was basic but clean and we were hardly in it anyway. Pool areas were lovely with plenty of sunbeds. We found the staff to be friendly and really helpful. Special mention for Veronica in guest relations who arranged excursions for us - she was so helpful and we loved our days out exploring the island. Also the lovely barman who always made us laugh! We will definitely be back!

Pros: Reception staff very helpful We booked a Deluxe Double room with sea view and were shown to a room 2 floors down with buses/ cars passing directly in front of us a couple of metres away…and guests walking a metre away from our walled balcony,however we spoke with reception and following morning were immediately transferred to another room Cons: Arrived 2 days ago so last night was our first time in the Buffet Restaurant….first impressions are that there is a definite requirement for a microwave as all the food was cold or at best tepid and therefore inedible ..in fact the salad was probably the warmest meal available Some staff extremely bossy to the point of being rude Will have another go this evening and if still the same I guess we will be eating out every evening !!

We stopped here late August for 7 days although we did enjoy our stay here there was a few issues nothing major in fairness... We opted to upgrade to hold premium in arrival as it was alot cheaper than going through jet 2 an I was well worth the money .... premium drinks we all had a free massage included access to the restaurant daily for lunch an tea which was alot better than cueing for food and made fresh for us. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels standard room but could do with freshening up alittle not going to lie.... pools where clean daily so all good. We was helped by a member of staff to get 2 x buggies for the day which was brillant an not all that expensive well worth the money. 2 negatives was members of staff the buffet manager with the bold head extremely rude and thinks he is the owner of the place ! really got my back up but was instructed to keep my cool otherwise would of ended up in tears for him. and one pool bar staff had my wife's back up for been rude we did complain about this I don't think anything was done about it in fairness just ignored him an walked past him daily arrogant man! other than that was all good wouldn't personally come back but we did meet a few families who had alot more issues than us! I would personally consider looking at other hotels in the area as the town is brillant plenty of shops and places to eat. if you do stop at this hotel and struggle with walking you can get a taxi into town for about €10 each way. it is only a 20 minute walk with one hill back into the hotel but we did it daily an was fine but we are a active family.

We arrived here last night, so have not had chance to fully experience the resort. I think as very worried about coming having read some of the very negative reviews, which seem to be unfounded. The reception staff are super helpful, our room is light and bright, not huge, but a decent size with a full sea view. The breakfast has so much choice and the buffet evening meal had many choices too. I just wanted to write this in case anyone was thinking of coming and we're out of by the negative reviews, please don't be. It's a lovely resort.

Me and my family got to this hotel late and where told to go up and get food by the front desk to which we where meet with the most unfriendly staff member that was clapping at us to hurry up and eat as he wonted to go home we where then showing to our room which is right above the gym if you want a lie in think again banging the weights from 5am despite it not opening until 10. everyday want a afternoon nap think again banging from the gym we did tell the front desk and was told that there was nothing they could do. There are so many rules in this hotel not aloud in the pool until 10 and no life guards on. staff tell you that thinks are not included in your all inclusive but the next day they are the staff are very rude if you won't a bottle of water on your table with your evening meal you will be charged the food is OK if you love pork or fish and chips we eat out in the end as we where sick of the same stuff what was on for dinner was made into somethink else's for tea If you have kids there is no entertainment team no night time shows. Do not charge any money in the hotel as the will charge you 40% they room not clean properly my feet where black off the floor in room they dont clean around the pool my pjs also went missing when I rang down to reception i was told it would take 4 days to see where they went this has been the worst hoilday we have had i will never be coming back

Just come to the end of our 10 day all inclusive holiday. As a family of five we had 2 rooms, both of which were clean and comfortable with nice views from the balcony. Buffet restaurant was amazing and we loved having our 3 meals a day, found the food to be fresh, varied and plentiful. We did eat at the al a carte restaurant one night and the cretan night bbq and enjoyed both. Spent most of our time around the pools, where we had no problem getting 5 sunbeds at 9am every morning. Did trips to Spinalonga and Knossos Palace which were interesting. Loved the chilled vibe of the Palm Bar every evening, where we played card games and drank lots of cocktail. All the staff were attentive, helpful and professional Loved our stay so much would definitely recommend and like to come back. Hard to understand some of the more negative reviews and this was the opposite to our experience. Best family holiday we have ever had.

We stayed here for a week as a family of five on the standard all inclusive board. We had a gorgeous room with a beautiful sea view. The breakfast buffet had lots of selection for everyone and the lunch and evening meals were okay but sometimes not always the best. The pool bar staff were friendly and attentive. The only downside we were limited to a selection of cocktails and you had to pay an extra charge for others which were ‘premium’. The pool and surrounding areas were clean and well kept. You did struggle to find sunbeds if you didn’t go and get there at 7.30am as people would reserve them and not arrive till 10.30 which was slightly annoying. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and felt very welcomed and looked after by all the staff here.
