Отдыхали в этом отеле и остались в целом довольны. Очень понравилось море ,чистое и прозрачное, пляж ухоженный, с удобным заходом в воду. Отдельное спасибо Эльвире — она помогала с выбором экскурсий, очень отзывчивая, всегда готова помочь и действительно отлично выполняет свою работу. Из минусов — питание не совсем соответствует уровню 5 звёзд: выбор не всегда разнообразный. Также стоит отметить, что номера довольно маленькие, особенно для семейного размещения. Кроме того, стоит учитывать, что к морю нужно спускаться по лестнице ,лифта нет и для моей пожилой бабушки это оказалось неудобно и физически тяжело. Также Wi-Fi работает нестабильно и интернет часто пропадает. В целом, отель оставил приятное впечатление.

Très bel hôtel récemment rénové avec goût. 2 parties dans l'hôtel :le bâtiment principal avec la vue sur les piscines et la mer ainsi que les restaurants. Une rue a traversé pour le 2e bâtiment avec vue sur les jeux enfant et piscine. A noter que cet hôtel possède des bungalows avec bassin privé. C'est un hôtel qui mérite ses 5 étoiles on y mange très bien les gens sont gentils.. Possibilité de faire du jet ski et louer un bateau directement à lhotel. Nous sommes partis avec Fram. le principal intérêt est en effet le prix car la chambre vvec vue sur jardin était environ 2 de − 30 à −40% avec 3 diners à la carte! Tres bons par ailleurs. En revanche le responsable de Fram, Eddy, n'a aucune valeur ajoutée. En effet nous avons eu un problème sur la chambre avec vue parking au lieu de vue jardin. il nous a proposé certes un bungalow supérieur mais dans l'autre bâtiment. Cette situation s'est reproduite à l'arrivée de tous les autres client Fram comme si nous n'étions pas attendus . À savoir que Fram ne doit posséder quune toute petite partie des chambres et n'est donc pas l'essentiel des touristes. il nous avait également annoncé des animations qui n'ont pas eu lieu donc je ne sais pas réellement à quoi il sert. Overall we had an amazing stay! Lovely location and there are some really beautiful parts to the hotel. In particular the Kafenion restaurant (Cretian) , Italian restaurant, hotel lobby bar and sun loungers by the sip and dip bar overlooking the beach. They do offer alternative milk options like Oat milk which I’ve found hard to find in Greece so this is a major plus! There are however points that I believe make this hotel a 4 star rather than 5 star. The bar staff we had, Zoe, George and Maris were great but more is needed! Most of the time there is only one person serving at each bar so sometimes you’d have to wait 30 minuets for a drink. The room was always tidied but not necessarily cleaned each morning. There was only one towel collection and drop off point which was all the way down at the beach so if you were sitting by the pool that day it wasn’t ideal. The pools were not cleaned to a 5 star hotel standard. There are stains around the edge and often rubbish / dirt would be floating around. No empty drink glasses are collected throughout the day which at a 5 star hotel I would expect. The food served at meal times was great but if you wanted a snack there was no where to eat besides a small hut down at the beach that only served small pastries, fruit and pizza with flies constantly landing over the food. The previous hotels I have stayed in have had another eating area that provides fresh chips / chicken / burgers / panini’s etc for snacks instead which in my opinion is better. There was also not much entertainment, especially during the day. The reps were hardly around and when they were they did not interact with anyone. All in all - I would still recommend this hotel, I just don’t think it’s 5 star worthy.

buongiorno , Sono Mazzucco Daniele , ho soggiornato nella vostra struttura dal 14/06/25 al 21/06/25 , tutto molto piacevole pulizia camere buona , personale al servizio tavoli ottimo e molto educato , purtroppo ci sono delle piccole attenzioni da affrontare , esempio alla reception personale che parla solo inglese tedesco ecc meno che ITALIANO , e Turisti ITALIANI ci sono , menu tutti scritti in mille lingue escluso ITALIANO , per Arrivare in spiaggia non ci sono ascensori x DISABILI , almeno non li ho trovati . cordiali saluti Mazzucco Daniele

Sarò stato fortunato ma 7 giorni senza una nuvola mare piatto e servizio a 5 stelle da parte di tutto il personale sempre molto disponibile.....ottimi ristoranti su prenotazione servizio bar in ogni luogo sempre efficiente,piscina con giochi per bambini e scivoli anche per i più grandi, spa con personale gentile ed accogliente.....in poche parole qualsiasi servizio in pochi passi

un esperienza eccellente camere molto belle. pulite e ordinate buffet sempre con portate di ogni tipo e cibo di ottima qualità spiaggia fantastica e personale sempre disponibile e sorridente ( cosa molto importante) peccato x alcuni ospiti prepotenti ed arroganti che pretendevano di accedere ad una nostra area riservata essendo noi un gruppo

The hotel is amazing, the location is great, as it is very close to the centre. The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. The bathroom was very classy. It offers shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, towels and every necessity, so you don’t need to bring anything. Only relax. Highly recommend!
