Beautiful place , friendly staff, clean rooms, nice swimming pools

We had booked a superior sea view room requesting a high floor, and were taken to the Nafsika building room N267 well the room was good but the view from the balcony was an inferior restricted sea view overlooking a road and trees, not the impeccable sea view mentioned on the website, we immediately asked to be moved but due to the hotel being full this was not possible, so we just got on with our holiday. The hotel is big and lovely with gorgeous sea views, with great beach facilities and the the options of going on amazing boat trips which we did. The food was of a high standard and we all loved the options in the buffets and the staff really make this place not one unhappy person did we come across all very hardworking and happy. The service in the restaurants and bars and around the pool and beach was excellent. Our sun loved the waterpark and the crystal clear sea and there was just a very good vibe around the hotel no matter were we went. We would defiantly come back but would have to stay in the main building with a sea view balcony.

We loved our holiday at the Marbella as a family of 5 with kids aged 17, 15 and 12. We have been to Crete and Kos the last 2 years but we have all agreed that we want to come back to the Marbella next year and that corfu is our island. It’s a real positive that it is only 30mins from the airport however this does mean that the hotel is on the flight path with planes flying over regularly. We quite enjoyed this however! I thought I had booked a 2 bed suite with pool but I’d actually booked two rooms with private pool. This was sorted and after initial disappointment we were happy with the rooms which were next to each other. It meant with 2 rooms we had much more space. I booked the pool rooms as I didn’t want the stress of reserving sun beds early each morning, but that is the joy of this hotel. No one does this! We had a late breakfast every day at 10am and then there were always loads of beds when we came down at 11am. We rarely used the room pool then but it was still nice to chill there at the end of the day. Other joys. No stress about exchanging towels. They get that you are not going to be stealing their towels so if you want more than 1 towel each no problem. Also no wrist band 😊. Lunch menus round the pool was amazing for the kids who just wanted burgers and pizzas some days. Much better than the usual snack buffets. All food was great and service excellent. Final joy was the beach. We spent loads of time there with free watersports and a pier to jump from into the most crystal clear sea. Amazing food menu and table service at the beach too. Best restaurant for dine around was kuzina where we also ate lunch everyday. Beautiful salads and Mediterranean menu. Only negatives were the beds were quite firm but that was personal preference, and not much entertainment but that didn’t bother us as we liked to play cards after dinner. Oh and I forgot, excellent WiFi so we were able to watch Netflix before bed. What a fab holiday and well done to all at the Marbella.

We went as a family. Generally the staff were really friendly and helpful. My low scoring is due to the fact that we booked the hotel due to it having kids facilities such as the kids club. After complaining that the club is always fully booked, i was told the club is run sepatately. I didn't feel that my complaint was taken on board, as i was told its peek season. Why promote the kids club on the website then. I ordered the hotel car to the airport the day before, the car arrived 20 minutes late. I asked the driver to stop by a pharmacy on the way to the airport as my daughter was unwell, he told us there wasn't enough time for a stop. Mind you no appolgy for the late pickup. For a 5 star hotel i do think the service on the above occasions was so dissapointing.

We have just spent a gorgeous week at the Mar-Bella hotel as a family of 3 with our 3 year old. We were apprehensive about our stay after reading reviews but we needn’t have been. We were welcomed and our room was ready before our scheduled check in time. Our superior sea view room was incredible: very modern, well equipped and the view was just perfection! We were located in the main building. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We spent most of our time around the main pool area whereby the service whilst ordering on the app for poolside drinks was impeccable. We ordered and our drinks were delivered to us, on our sub loungers within 5 minutes. Empty cups were quickly collected after and staff asked if we wanted anything else as they walked around. Ordering food poolside was delivered within 20 minutes. The buffet is wonderful. A lot of choice and very clean. Again, service was fantastic. We opted to have breakfast in the smaller buffet, which is the first hotel we have been to where you are offered more than one location for a buffet style breakfast. The wasps are irritating and I would strongly advice bringing a strong insect repellent to have at hand and it was disappointing not to be able to dine outside but this is out of the hotels control and simply an environmental issue. It didn’t impact our stay. The cocktails are delicious, the food was incredible, the waterpark was thoroughly enjoyed by our 3 year old and was lovely and shaded in the late afternoon, the staff were super helpful, the room was faultless! The only only bit pick would be a wider range of evening entertainment as it was musical acts most nights: a band singing inside the main foyer - they were great but would’ve been nicer to have a wider range of different acts each night. Saying this, we did enjoy a circus show on the beach as the anomaly to the musical acts. Thank you Mar-Bella!

We have just returned from a fabulous 10 night holiday to the Marbella Corfu. From the moment we arrived, we were constantly impressed. We travelled as a family of two adults and one child, aged 8. The hotel is very big but you are provided with a map and clear instructions about where things are located. It soon becomes very easy to navigate around the hotel. There are a number of different buildings where rooms are located along with the main building itself. We stayed in a superior double sea view room in the Nafsika building. Plenty of room for two adults and our 8 year old son. The dining options are vast. Within your stay, you are able to book into the a la crate restaurants depending on the number of nights you are staying at the hotel. We had four reservations booked for us by the hotel but you can change or cancel these at the dining desk located next to reception if you need to. The main buffet is well stocked for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food is delicious. The restaurant located next to the pool serves a slightly smaller buffet breakfast, (although still offers plenty of choice!) and buffet lunch, and is one of the a la carte dining options in the evening. There are plenty of seating areas inside and out of the two main bars. Live music is on most nights. The kids club is simply amazing! Our 8 year old son was delighted to go every day, which was a first! There are a range of different activities scheduled every day, AM session runs from 10-1 and the PM session from 3-6. The staff who run the kids club are wonderful, and our son really enjoyed their company. Sessions can be pre booked before arrival to the hotel. Special mention to Michael, Rocco and Aston. As part of your stay, you can access 30 minutes of water sport activities per day down at the beach. We did the pedalo. There are a number of cruise options available too. We did the Sunset cruise, 1 hour from 6pm-7pm, included in your stay. We also took the sea taxi to Corfu Old Town. This was charged at €40 return per adult and €10 return for children under 10. This was a great experience. It leaves each day at 9.30am, returning at 2.30pm. The staff at the hotel are excellent. Very friendly and always happy to help; they made our holiday even more wonderful. This is the first review we have put on Trip Advisor but we were compelled to do so because of this wonderful hotel. We will most definitely be back and have already started to look at availability for summer 2026!
