Panorama Apartments

We had a remark about the privacy the first day, since the maid came in our room unannounced to ‘clean’ when we didn’t ask for that, but she only changed the trash bags (which was appreciated) but the floor wasn’t mopped or sweeped, and we would have appreciated the heads up before someone comes into our room randomly at random times when we are not around. The water did stop working for a while, but I think it was a problem with central water reserves of Corfu island not the hotel itself. The AC was very slow to start took hours to cool the room since it is only 1.5 horsepower and not of good quality, but during the night it gets very cold when you’re sleeping after a couple of hours, which ended up causing 2 of us to get sick from unregulated temperatures. There were barely any soap or shampoo and they weren’t replaced when the maid did come in, so we needed to buy our own. Overall the location was good, staff was friendly, had a nice pool and seating area, but I would look for another hotel for the same price.

Great apartment for the price. Amarda greeted us with a warm smile and showed us to a clean apartment with a great view to the sea. Bed linen and towels were spotless and daily a lady came with fresh towels. Bathroom could do with a refit but adequate. Fridge good , plenty of hot water but go out for dinner there are great taverns around only a few minutes walk away. If you find the hill a challenge for the second time in a day eat at the pool bar. The bar and pool area were lovely, drinks well priced. We were only there three days but would recommend a stay, it was very good value.

Situated on the outskirts of the town and 10 minutes from the beach. The views from the pool area are spectacular. Food is served from the pool bar, there is a large selection of meals all prepared fresh, delicious and inexpensive. The bar staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and roomy, my balcony had a beautiful view. Rooms cleaned daily. All round best value you could hope for.

My friend and I stayed at Panorama Apartments at the end of June. We could no fault it. The apartment was basic but had all we needed plus cleaned daily. The pool was amazing, clean, fantastic views, great bar with plenty of sun beds. The owners and staff were wonderful - especially Amanda who was always helpful and friendly. Yes the walk up the hill is quite steep but this gave us more reason to stay by the pool, the road is quiet so not too bad and worth it for the view and tranquility. We highly recommend Panorama Apartments.

My girlfriend and I have been to the Greek Islands many times and decided to return this year after trying somewhere else the previous year and realising Greece never lets us down. Our stay at Panorama Appts was perfect. The pool is well maintained and the room itself was your typical Greek package deal with the very welcome and unexpected bonus of free air-con and free use of the safe in the room. The room was cleaned every day and we had fresh towels. It was very peaceful and the view of the hillside,village and beach was breathtaking. It`s a 10-15 minute walk to the beach down a pretty steep hill. The staff were very friendly and dealt with any problems immediately. The bar has everything you need and Nicos is a great bloke who knows the area well...and football even more. I spent far too long talking to him about football over many beers!! I would definitely recommend a stay here and we would happily return.

Arriving into corfu, we were greeted by Maria who personally shuttled us to our apartment (€35) which was a scenic drive through the island. After smoothly checking into our apartment we decided to check out our new holiday suite for the next week: the place was clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly, providing new towels for us regularly and cleaning our room daily. Walking up to the pool area and bar which is has breath-taking views of the beach(honestly one of the best positioned apartments on the island) a clean pool that overlooks the beach. The food was great and very affordable (would recommend the pastitsadas!) I recommend this family-run business for a quiet retreat/getaway to a mini paradise!

Clean comfortable room, unique views, friendly staff, good location in the village and in the island. Nice food and good value for money. Nothing negative to say. Would recommend it and would stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay here after beingblown away with the views in 2021. I have to say Maria is exceptional. Our booking via *********** was cancelled due to an expired card but communication with Maria secured our booking. We had a 1.30am arrival and Maria honoured our request to stock our fridge with a couple of bits. To our amazement Nikos was still maning the bar. Equally, on departure, Maria was exceptional as there wasconfusion as to our pre-booked taxi actually being confirmed. She made a phone call to confirm and as time waq sgetting late with a delayed taxi, we might miss our flight, she offered to taxi us if needs be. This just summarises the unique friendliness at this familly run hotel and the resort in General. Rooms are basic but have everything you need including Air con, fridge, nice shower and stunning views from Balcony. Exceptional value for money!

I’ve stayed in better hostels. Be warned the nice photos are not an accurate representation of what you get. The air conditioning was either on or off. You couldn’t adjust it as the controller was broken (tried changing batteries etc). The TV was TINY and only 2 channels worked with super fuzzy reception (non English speaking). The Wi-Fi did not work in the appartment. It was hit-or-miss as to whether you could get luke warm water. I had a cold shower on my first night. There was an ant infestation IN the shower itself. The bathroom smelled of drains. The “fully equipped kitchen” area was basically a rusty hot plate. The hair dryer was like something from a toy shop. There was quite prominent mould growing on the skirting board. I immediately booked an air bnb. My boy is severely autistic and his younger sister of 4 years old was not comfortable with the temperature. We couldn’t bear to stay there a minute longer. When I came to check out and mentioned my grievances to the member of staff at reception (I was reluctant to try and reason with them after reading what some people had said in reviews about their manner) he laughed at me. Literally. He told me that no one else has complained and that this room has been constantly rented for the last 5 months. I don’t often write reviews. I’m generally pretty good at making do with what I’ve got. But please be aware this place is appalling. I haven’t bothered to try and get my money back.
