Ogólnie hotel jest w porządku ale nie wymagajcie luksusów. Hotel podzielony na dwie części, na pewno lepiej dopłacić i wziąć lepszy, większy pokój. My byliśmy tydzień w maju 2025 za jakieś grosze więc nie mamy co narzekać:) Ale ostrzegam, że w tym hotelu nie ma luksusów. Hotel ogólnie ok, pokoje w porządku ale małe i stare wymagają odświeżenia. Hotel położony na wzgórzu, wszędzie są schody. Dwa baseny i pokoje z prywatnymi basenami. Wyżywienie ogółem smaczne i przyzwoite ale mały wybór. Zaraz przy wyjściu z hotelu sklep. Do plaży nie daleko, plaża przepiękna, szeroka, piaszczysta. Morze cudowne i widoki z hotelu na Zatokę niewyobrażalnie piękne! Polecam wziąć samochód (dla ludzi o mocnych nerwach bo drogi na Korfu to katorga) oraz wycieczkę na Paxos i do Albanii. Z tego hotelu jest wszędzie daleko ze względu na położenie i drogi na Korfu ale Zatoka, morze, plaża i widoki wynagradzają to wszystko.

Porto Demo Hotel was a nice break for me and my girl . Beautiful view. Mire fond Good people. ,WE HOPETO COME BACK . GREECE CORFU PORTO DEM HOTEL IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO MAKE HOLIDAYS AND RELAX. THE ONLY THING WE WOULD LIKE TO MENTION IS THAT THE HOTEL IS SITUATED ON A HILL,FACT WHICH IS A LITTLE BIT DIFFICULT FOR PEOPLE WITH FISICAL PROBLEMS.

Got placed in an outbuilding which was down the road. The place was disgusting. I paid for sea view and had a garden with trees in the way. Stained bedding and filthy floors and wasp nest on balcony. Broken socket and leaking shower. They did not place us in the nicer building as they overbooked. Took three days of complaining until we were moved. Internet was rubbish so they blamed it on that as rep couldn’t get hold of me down the road. So many stairs not suitable for disabled and wet and slippery. Only allowed four choice of cocktail at outside bar right at top of hotel. Most people were moving out. Tried to complain and get cash back on my return but believed them above me. Would not recommend at all. Beach charges for beds too

Położenie Blisko długiej piaszczystej plaży. Zejście do morza łagodne ale w większej cześci plaży przy brzegu są kamienie (okrągłe - nie ostre skały). Hotel jest położony na stosunkowo stromym wzniesieniu więc w gorące dni powrót z plaży bywa męczący - a niby tylko kilkaset metrów. W okolicy tawerny, wypożyczalnie łodzi, kilka marketów. W zasięgu spaceru urocza wioska a dla bardziej sprawnych plaża Porto Timoni. Obsługa Bardzo pomocna, sympatyczna itd. Same pozytywne odczucia. Szef kuchni i manager pomocni w załatwieniu różnych rzeczy - np. można zamówić lokalną, dobrej jakości i w dobrej cenie oliwę (ale nalana w butelki pet po wodzie). Sprzątanie z w miarę przyzwoite choć nie do końca zgodne z ofertą - czasem trzeba się upomnieć. Personel wnosi bagaże przy meldowaniu co w tak stromo położonym hotelu jest istotne - niestety przy wymeldowaniu już nie pomagają. Hotel Położony tarasowo. Z dużą ilością schodów. Wygląda atrakcyjnie i w miarę nowocześnie. Brak jakichkolwiek udogodnień dla osób z problemami z chodzeniem czy do wnoszenia/znoszenia bagaży. Baseny raczej niewielki - chyba mocno chlorowane. Parasolki i leżaki w cenie - i gdyby nie niektórzy goście, którzy blokowali je ręcznikami całymi dniami to ich ilość by była raczej wystarczająca.Dosyć często czuć zapach szamba w niektórych rejonach hotelu - czyli jak masz pecha to możesz mieć zepsuty wyjazd. Bar Jeden bar przy basenie. Oferuje w ramach all inclusive chyba ok. 8 drinków + kawa/herbata + w określonych godz. symboliczne przekąski. Barmani sympatyczni, sam bar nic specjalnego - ale rozpościera się z niego bardzo atrakcyjny widok na całą zatokę. Pokoje Niewielkie. Raczej czyste. Detale wykończeniowe - no cóż, bardzo trzeba być wyrozumiałym dla tej jakości. Łazienka wymaga remontu, udrożnienia rur, wymiany wieszaczków, obudowy prysznica itd.itd. - ale po za zużyciem jest czysta i da się z tym przetrwać urlop bez większych problemów. Balkon ok- przy odrobinie szczęścia z ładnym widokiem. Łóżko bardzo skrzypiało - trzeba się przyzwyczaić. Uwaga na komary - dobrze sprawdza się elektryczny odstraszacz. Dostępne są też pokoje z prywatnym basenem. Wyżywienie Restauracja główna częściowo z tarasem z pięknym widokiem. Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa - zarówno szef jak i wszyscy kelnerzy. Raczej w miarę urozmaicone menu jak na 4* - tak rotacyjnie w cyklach 5-7 dniowych. Każdy znajdzie sobie coś smacznego. Codziennie jakieś owoce morza. Często makarony i szaszłyki. Duży bufet sałatkowy. Owoców raczej mizerna ilość jak na południowy kraj. Są też dania reanimowane z wcześniejszych potraw - czyli wszelkie zapiekanki, mielone i codziennie jakaś zupa. Do picia lokalne wina, piwo, soki (smaczne mimo, że z automatu), kawy, herbaty, napoje… Lody Carte d’Or. Desery przeważnie bardzo słodkie - za słodkie. Niestety nie wszystkie propozycje menu są podpisane, a dodatkowo bywają takie miny jak np. majonez na stanowisku z deserami - aż się prosi żeby potraktować go jak słodką śmietanę albo dwa metalowe dzbanki

Definitely not a 4 star hotel…… Millions of steps to get to room room not as modern looking as pictures no help with suitcases, steps when wet very hazardous smells of sewerage wifi not as advertised bedding just a sheet with a little throw 3 pillows if your lucky, our shower only ran cold water and by second night of enduring the above I couldn’t hack it and decided to speak to manager. Well that was complete waste of time! The man is complete maroon with no customer service skills…. Our only experience of nice staff member here was lovely young girl on reception in evenings. We succeeded in room upgrade which had swim up pool (please note all swimming pools at hotel were dirty and cold!) food was always the same and always cold even when restaurant first opened 🥲 drinks watered down and only choice of 4 cocktails if restaurant was closed you had to go to top of hotel at pool bar to get a drink ! Beach is very close and is sandy however part of it has large pebbles as you go in so some visitors had those swim shoes on, few shops close and sun loungers are charged at beach for the day, restaurants along sea front all similar bowling nearby is nice venue has pool tables too recommend trip to old town bus service is very easy and cheaper than taxi Please note after reading reviews of this so called hotel we saw that a sister hotel is close it’s literally over the road from the pool bar at the top this hotel is a little more like a 4 star we spent more time here using the pool and sun loungers and food as more like we were expecting ! I can also say the staff (reception ladies) whole different kind of customer service they couldn’t have been more helpful arranged our bus tickets and sourced cold remedies when my partner became unwell. All in all I am very disappointed with the stay we had here considering the amount of money it cost I cant stress enough this is not a 4 star hotel finally watch out for the midges we were eaten alive despite not having the air con on and balcony door shut I’m seriously wondering if actually it wasn’t something else like fleas 😭 Spend your hard earned money somewhere else !,,

I give 5 stars for the manager's approach to customer service. I know that there are opinions that contradict what I will write but I was met with great hospitality and every request was fulfilled. The hotel certainly requires large financial outlays and the right person to manage it. If someone wants to spend a quiet holiday, this may be one of the alternatives while maintaining a reasonable price for the trip - preferably last. Great view from the hotel, quiet neighborhood. Possibility to rent a car, quad or scooter. The disadvantage may be the lack of a variety of food and sometimes the principle is first come, first served. WiFi works in main areas, so there may be problems with coverage in rooms. If the staff follows the manager's requests and simply tries to keep the facility in good condition, it is on track to significantly improve its reputation and footfall :) Best greetings from Poland 🇵🇱

Wonderful place, and hotel with a wonderful balcony of the Mediterranean sea fantastic bar with pool and cocktails friendly and helpful staff everywhere. The traditional cuisine is delicious with local organic products comfortable spaces and rooms among colorful flowers and greenery complement a beautiful clean beach with golden sand at 150 meters from the hotel, I highly recommend it.

This Hotel was definitely mis-sold for a package holiday. The staff were lovely, friendly and very friendly BUT The hotel was not accessible friendly, no mention of this on the website. So many steps (98 in total from ground floor up to pool side area) Restaurant was halfway up the steps. This was really challenging for my husband who has mobility issues, as in some parts (steps from 2 flight of stairs from our room, the rails were half way down on the right side, which was a problem, none on the left hand side. The hotel itself was pleasant enough , the restaurant was spacious and the buffet was well presented, But the food was cold at every meal, every day we were there. Housekeeping was poor, we stayed for 7 nights and not once were our bed or towels changed. The beds were just re-made and room not even cleaned. The housekeeping was noticed throughout, dirty areas and steps to pool side bar sticky and dirty. The views from the poolside were spectacular. The poolside bar did lovely cocktails but was also the main snack bar, where only sandwiches and wraps were served. Not your normal snack service for an all inclusive. Definitely not a 4 star hotel We will not be returning.
