Excellent base, in a superb setting, to explore the island. Public transport, taxis, car rental at the door of the hotel.
Staff particularly attentive to the well-being of each person, able to switch from English to German and French to facilitate exchanges... Efficient housekeeping, generous buffet for all tastes, beach and swimming pool also well equipped to vary the pleasures. A stay to recommend!

The nice team, this year composed of the professional massage therapists Pantelis and Ilona provide a selection of good relaxing massages with an individual touch for an absolutely fair price. Located in the Civitel Creta Beach ressort, they have yearly changing staff, but we have since three years continuously good experiences.

Das Essen ist hier wirklich immer sehr gut. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich. Schade ist nur das es zwar ein paar Sportgeräte gibt, diese man aber nicht richtig benutzen kann. Dafür holen sie es definitiv mit der Massage wieder raus. Ilona weiß genau wie sie massieren muss. Man hat sich danach so gut gefühlt. Immer wieder gern eine Massage bei ihr. Ihre Hände sind wie Gold und dazu super lieb.🫶 ------------------ The food here is always very good. The staff is extremely friendly. It is a pity that there are a few sports equipment, but you can not use them properly. They definitely get it out with the massage. Ilona knows exactly how to massage. You felt so good afterwards. I liked the location I liked the location , but the all inclusive need improvement .All the drinks from dispenser ,and on the list been 65 drinks and just 19 for all inclusive{free}.For our free water 0.5 l we walked to reception every day to get it. Imagine all the resort guests with all inclusive package walking to reception for 1 bottle of water. Local traditional food Gyros served in the resort for extra charged. The meals served in the buffe restaurant was good plenty of choice. The entertainment for children and adult very poor. We loved the zorba dancers, and the helpful staff , from cleaning and restaurant.

Nous avons réellement apprécié notre séjour au Civitel Creta Beach. Les équipes ont été très accueillantes et les infrastructures proposées étaient correctes. Nous avons très bien mangé, surtout que nous avons eu l'opportunité de dîner dans les autres restaurants de l'hôtel, où la cuisine était délicieuse et raffinée. Yiannis, le gérant du staff nous a parfaitement accueilli et nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa gentillesse.

We had a great time(family with our 3 year old son) at Creta Beach, everything was excellent, food , beach, the room, pool. The staff was 100% profesional. It was our first experience in Creta, a wonderful one. For sure we will come back here again. Thank you !

Wir sind mehr als zufrieden. Wir haben uns wie im Paradies gefühlt. Es hat für jeden was dabei beim Buffet und ansonsten gibt es zwei super tolle Restaurants welche die griechische und italienische Küche top vertreten. Die griechischen Weine kannten wir bis anhin nicht, jedoch sind wir total begeistert. Sehr saubere Zimmer und vor allem auch eine sehr saubere Anlage. Neben dem schönen Sandstrand und dem tollen Pool gibt es auch Minigolf, Tennis und ein Unterhaltungsprogramm. Was uns jedoch am Meisten überzeugt hat und unser Aufenthalt zum absoluten Traumurlaub gemacht hat sind die Leute die hier arbeiten! Ein solch liebes, aufgestelltes und zuvorkommendendes Personal habe ich noch nie erlebt. Einfach top! Wir kommen sicherlich wieder und würden es jedem empfehlen.
