Prachtige plek met heel veel privacy en vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw. Vooral het privézwembad was een groot pluspunt. Ook liggen alle mooie plekken op maximaal 45 minuten rijden, de meesten zijn binnen 20 minuten te bereiken. Het huisje zelf is toe aan renovatie. Met name de badkamer is sterk verouderd. Een soort zitbadje waar je niet goed in kan staan met een groezelig douchegordijn. Ook de keuken is klein en de gootsteen oogt, ondanks dat deze wel schoon is, door de vlekken die er in de loop der jaren zijn ontstaan vies. We hebben 1x in het restaurant ontbeten en hebben daarna zelf ons ontbijt geregeld.

Leuke locatie prive huisje met airco op de kamer en in de woonplaats elke kamer aparte badkamer privé zwembad vriendelijk ontvangst. Leuke griekse avond gehad met bbq en traditionele dansen. Juist het ontbijt mag wat uitgebreider zijn zoals yoghurt met vers fruit meer keuze van beleg.

We stayed here for a week with our 11 year old and throughly enjoyed our stay. The site is beautifully kept with such a peaceful vibe. We stayed in the 2 bedroom Carolina villa which was perfect for our needs. These villas are traditional and don’t offer modern mod cons and fancy decor but they are clean with everything you need for a family holiday. The kitchen had a washing machine - a life saver for sandy beachwear! and plenty cooking utensils if needed. We ate out mostly but it was great having the basics to make a breakfast. The bedrooms were large and spacious with en-suites. The balcony views were splendid. The pool was fab and the pool man kept it clean every morning and never did it feel intrusive when he visited. We attended the Fri Greek night and the staff couldn’t have been anymore welcoming. We hope to return again some day 🇬🇷

We stayed here for 8 days and had a wonderful time. The accommodation is in a quiet location where there is little else to do, so you need a car 100%. We were deliberately looking for this peace. The 8 houses are located on a beautifully landscaped terrain, have a lovely private swimming pool and the privacy is more than good. All bedrooms have air conditioning and it has a kitchenette. The house where we stayed was built in 2007, but for such a young house the maintenance was starting to fall behind. The shower/bath combination is a drama, no pressure and only boiling hot or freezing cold. You can't do much with the kitchenette, because you only have 2 pans. The swimming pool was not primed properly or something, because the blue top layer comes loose and gives off, which means that you have blue feet every time you swim. The beds need replacing. The cleaners come by every day, which is very neat, but it seems that they never clean the house completely. All in all a beautiful stay, but money needs to be pumped in to make it completely up-to-date and to maintain it better. If they do that, it will be a real gem, if they don't, they can renovate it in 20 years. PS: the hostess is very sweet and does her stinking best, but you'll be sick of the breakfast after 2x, it's nothing.

Amazing villas with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The owners are fantastic and always around if you need them. Our villa was beautiful with a huge pool which even had some inflatables available for us to use. We had air conditioning throughout the house, comfortable beds, cooking facilities although we didn’t use them, washing machine, and clean towels every few days. There’s also a restaurant on site which serves food most of the day. We were a family of 4 so lots of space and we would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Zante!

The reception is moderate and certainly not the experience as described in the description at Ilisa was here. The location on site is good, a lovely private pool. In the house everything is old and certainly the utensils. The bathrooms are poorly maintained. If you have sleepers upstairs, this creaks very annoyingly and you wake up every night. Several times when returning from a nice day there were bats in the rooms. The park is hidden behind a wall in a less beautiful part of Zakynthos, the road to it is full of junk, old cars and a lot of dirt. The experience of the park is hard to find, very simple and no promised Greek evening. There is only one lady who takes care of everything. The breakfast is worthless, everyone gets a plate with some slices of bread with some luck and something like an egg. So for us never again Zakynthos and certainly not here. I had confidence in Eliza was here but never book here again and even tried to reach Eliza several times but no message

We stayed in Villa Carolina for the weeks 7 to 21 June. The villa is massive and only being two of us there was loads of room. We liked the rustic style of decor and the seating in the living room was excellent and would easily accommodate four adults. The kitchen was well equipped with the best fridge/freezer we have had in any self catering accommodation both in Greece and Spain. Bedrooms have the air conditioning which worked well. We used the double bedroom and the bed was very large and comfortable. Pool area was great, but the sun lounges need some attention, tho we managed fine. The pool was serviced twice a day and was kept really clean. Bins were emptied daily, linen and towels every three days We used the onsite restaurant on the first night. Whilst it was pleasant it was nothing special, but we prefer to cook in or eat out during the day anyway. Shame there’s no seating on the balcony. All in all a great place to tour the island.

We had a marvellous holiday in Aresti Villas. A great house with our own big swimming pool and a more than great hostess Ghiotta who was doing her utter best to make us comfortable. She was helpful, cheerful and gave us lots of very good tips for daytrips. When there was a problem with the house she took care of it right away. The only tip would be an upgrade of the breakfast. Zakynthos is a beautiful island and we surely will return to Aresti villas and hope to meet Ghiotta there as our hostess again!

We stayed in Carolina. The location and views are amazing, however the accommodation is way below standard. So dated and in desperate need of updating. ALL the outside pool furniture is broken and fell apart in my hand, the dining chairs are all broken and not fit for purpose. The pool is constantly cloudy and although “cleaned” most days we never once saw him test the water or treat it. Inside, I hated the decor and furniture as it’s so old, I get some people may like the typical rustic Greek style, it’s not for me and I found it dark and oppressive, but again everything is broken you touch, no smoke alarm! It’s made of wood! Cleaners came in for 8 minutes once, so it got dusty very quickly. The lady is lovely and tries her best, However she does everything, including cooking, my husband got sick after eating in the restaurant. The owner sits inside the restaurant, while we were eating, smoking! Again I know their Greek!! But it’s Greek law to not smoke inside and unhygienic. It’s off the beaten track and you will need a car. Definitely not suitable for children as far too many hazards. But if it’s pretty views your after you’ll get that in abundance!
