When I first checked in, I was in a room that had a couple issues, notably the AC, wifi and hot water. The owner was able to switch my room the next day to one which had a sea side view and no issues, was greatly appreciated. The area was very walkable to many restaurants and the beach (with a number of stairs and a hill for anyone with accessibility issues)
Super welcoming place with great access to everything I needed!

Great location, Great team, Excellent value
This is an excellent location and the team are very very helpful, they could not do enough for us while we were there. If you look at this location and are unsure, book it. its superb value and the site is only 7 minutes from the beach but far enough away to be quite in the evening. It has everything you need, clean rooms, air conditioning, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, small (basic) kitchen. The only criticism is that the rooms are a little tired and need a refresh with some more comfortable furniture and some choice on the mattresses. These were actually new but a little hard for me.

A short walk from Agia Pelagia beach, and 20mins from Ligaria.
These cosy apartments offer excellent accommodation with everything you would expect for the price.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, and thr rooms are large and clean, our balcony was lovely.
Would very much recommend to a friend.

Hôtel simple, bien situé et bon rapport qualité-prix Nous avons séjourné dans ce petit hôtel simple, idéalement situé à seulement 50 mètres de la plage de la baie d’Agia Pelagia. Bien que la décoration soit un peu désuète, la chambre était spacieuse et propre, ce qui nous a permis de profiter d’un séjour confortable. L’accueil était très agréable, avec un personnel chaleureux et attentionné. Pour le prix, c’est un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Si vous cherchez un endroit sans prétention, bien situé et accueillant, cet hôtel est une bonne option. --- Cet avis met en avant l'essentiel de votre séjour, en soulignant les points positifs.

Great family stay We arrived late but we had a little note on the front door to tell us our room number. Very friendly staff and Isabelle is French Very nice location close to the beach and restaurants (5 min walk) The room is very comfortable and spacious. And the swimming pool is very nice. I highly recommend this hotel

We stayed one night in this hotel, the photos do not reflect reality, the hotel is really dated, towels like sandpaper! A total disappointment miniature pool , very noisy , dirty room ! It's a real shame, the expectations were really different. The person at the reception is ok but she has to do everything herself
