Disappointed this time , stayed here 4 times , every time i email them couple weeks before i go explaining that i would prefer a ground floor room as i have breathing difficulties, every time responded confirming ground floor , got there everything perfect, this time no reply so phoned them week before i arrive told no problem got my email and all in hand, arrived may 19th got a very unhelpful man on reception where it's usually a very helpful young lady , gave me card key to an annexe at the back top floor that couldn't have been further away from the restaurant if he tried, tried explaining didn't want to know saying nothing he could do hotel full up, stayed for a week this time and it was quite clear hotel wasn't even half full as it was 1st week of season they had opened , lost a customer who goes to that resort 3 times a year, won't be going to cnic gemini again .
