Disappointed this time , stayed here 4 times , every time i email them couple weeks before i go explaining that i would prefer a ground floor room as i have breathing difficulties, every time responded confirming ground floor , got there everything perfect, this time no reply so phoned them week before i arrive told no problem got my email and all in hand, arrived may 19th got a very unhelpful man on reception where it's usually a very helpful young lady , gave me card key to an annexe at the back top floor that couldn't have been further away from the restaurant if he tried, tried explaining didn't want to know saying nothing he could do hotel full up, stayed for a week this time and it was quite clear hotel wasn't even half full as it was 1st week of season they had opened , lost a customer who goes to that resort 3 times a year, won't be going to cnic gemini again .

Lovely clean hotel.Staff so polite and went out there way to help . Good location. Bed hard but not a problem & pillows hard just not for me .Lovely white towels . Hotel far to nice for where it is . No history in the location of the hotel, shame really.

Staff molto valido. Spiagge nei pressi un po’ affollate. Camere spaziose ma solo con tende scure. Condizionamento un po’ rumoroso. Cambio asciugamani ogni 2 gg. Nel complesso struttura gradevole.

The hotel is a very mixed experience. We went on the last week of the season so it was unsurprisingly quiet. The rooms were lovely and clean. The housekeeping team couldn’t do enough, cleaning our room everyday. We just found the hotel very boring. We were promised entertainment, yet there was none, even the music was minimal. The restaurant was the biggest disappointment. The food by all accounts was nice, just extremely repetitive and there was one occasion I cut open my chicken to find it raw pink.. another point worth mentioning is one staff member in the restaurant - he was a man always in a blue shirt and as a young girl he made me very uncomfortable, constantly staring at me in all the wrong places, beside that though it was okay. Breakfast was a particularly good point. For an all inclusive hotel, we did also find that there were no snacks included a little disappointing. The man behind the bar was absolutely lovely and I wish we’d caught his name. I would say it’s an ideal hotel if you plan to sit on a sun bed the whole time and have an early night, but if not, I’d maybe look elsewhere.

Très bon séjour fin septembre , météo super ! L'île est splendide. Avons visité par nous même et testé les excursions proposées à l'hôtel ( déçus surtout la sortie 4/4 ) L'hôtel est très propre,le personnel charmant ( des notions d'anglais sont souhaitables) . La salle de restauration aurait besoin d'être améliorée pour gommer ce côté cantine . La nourriture est variée,les Buffets très garnis ( trop peut être, au détriment de la qualité...) Les horaires larges sont appréciables . Les chambres sont très bien, le linge changé très régulièrement. L'animation ( notée dans les prestations) est très moyenne,voire inexistante ( rien en journée) et le soir bof bof . L'animateur anime pour sa "bande" de connaissances. C'était très désagréable... Attention aussi à la formule All inclusive...le seul bar ouvert de la piscine ne nous sert que dans des gobelets en plastique, quelque soit la boisson choisie ( pas top pour un 4 étoiles) . L'emplacement est top . La mer à 4 mn à pied. Attention la mer ne veut pas dire plage...car là c'est la surprise transats payants . En arrière saison c'est très bien ( nous imaginons Juillet/ Août les diverses nuisances liées à la foule) Surtout ne pas oublier les anti moustiques, ils sont féroces ! Tout ces petits désagréments n'ont toutefois pas gâché nos vacances, Corfou est magnifique !

Spędziliśmy cudowne tygodniowe wakacje .Hotel czysty w każdym obszarze jedzenie smaczne, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Zaleta bardzo blisko plaży chodź na minus z racji tego że plaża wąska i bardziej kamienista niż żwirowa dzieci nie do końca chciały na niej przebywać pomimo tego że woda bardzo ciepła. Pomimo wrześniowego terminu i kończących się animacji dla dzieci serdeczne podziękowania dla naszego ulubieńca animatora Ivana wspaniały człowiek. Nasza 4 lentia córka była cały czas przez niego zabawiana ani razu nie przeszedł obok niej obojętnie tak samo jak i od nieśmiałej rocznej naszej pociechy. Ivan to odpowiedni człowiek na odpowiednimi stanowisku serdeczne pozdrowienia i uściski od BLANKI i POLI

It was a very nice week what WE spent in Corfu with my partner. I have to thank especially the Animation Team for their work, they made our stay even more fun on the bit cooler days as well. I liked the quiet rooms and the free parkplaces. I recommend the evening shows with the always fun Animation Chef. I would love to go back next year again.

Soirée inexistante DJ, fantôme, musique non adaptée à la clientèle et accueil inexistant par contre hôtel, très propre, Par contre baby-foot et billard très vétuste Et personnel de l’hôtel non francophone nourriture bonne et variée plage pas agréable transat payant ou cailloux gratuit
