Just returned from a fabulous fortnight at the Dore, can honestly say we both had an amazing time. The staff worked so hard for the guests Elena & Nikos in the bar, Alexandra, Manolis, Ergit, Aria, Nikos Costas & Silvy were a dream in the dining room. Mark the entertainment guy, worked tirelessly to motivate the guests throughout the day. All the catering and cleaning did a fabulous job, nothing was too much trouble for them. Pool was brilliant, the best ever, right temperature and size too. A small hotel is so much better as a holiday. Side note, could you please extend the all inclusive bar time times to midnight.

Our last day at the Dore Boutique Hotel and we have had a lovely stay. The hotel is well appointed and immaculately clean throughout. The staff are great and have worked hard all week to provide a great service. Special mention to Elena on the bar, Alexandra, Silvy and Manolis in the restaurant and Mark for his amazing hard work at keeping us entertained so well all week. We highly recommend this hotel and it’s staff!

The Dore Hotel in Chania is absolutely wonderful. The staff could not be more accommodating & the food is amazing, especially the desserts - I put on half a stone in 10 days ! The hotel is small - "Boutique" as the name suggests (49 bedrooms) & feels very personal & there is no fighting for sun beds. There was entertainment every day & night run by Mark with Tammy's help in the evening, both of which are wonderful. Mark nick named me "Mummy Nikki" & he is fantastic at what he does & gets everyone involved. I would not hesitate in returning & seeing everyone again !

Absolutely AMAZING Hotel!!! We arrived late and were told that the staff had prepared us all a cold supper and the bar had stayed open to give us a welcome drink. We went 'all-inclusive' -which for this hotel, I would say is a good idea. The room was spacious, airy with a good view of the sea. Pool and surrounding areas, immaculately clean.The food throughout the day was absolutely top-notch, as were the drinks, beers and cocktails. Every staff member was so polite and helpful, so it would be unfair to single one out. Various quizzes of a night, again low key and friendly. 5 minute easy walk to the beach, turn left and a five min taxi drive gets you into Platanias for a few lively drinks and a meal or 20 mins in a cab to get you into the beautiful port at Chania. If you read any negative reviews about this place - take them with a pinch of salt. I have never said this before ...but we are deffo booking for next year. Thanks to Tammy and all the staff for making us feel so welcome . Dean and family.

Absolutely fabulous hotel, Spacious rooms with all facilities, spotlessly clean, Quality food, with different cuisine each day from morning till night, Friendly staff especial thanks to Ellena & Nikos in the bar, went out of their way to accommodate my drinks Tammy on reception and Sylvia & Eftithis in the restaurant. Five minutes walk from the beach.

Your response to my review concerning winning the empty tin at bingo was interesting as my daughter is in fact, 56 years old !!! However, this does not detract from the wonderful holiday we had at your hotel.
