I recently stayed with my daughter and we had a really great holiday. On arrival we had been upgraded to the 5* part near the relaxation pool and had a lovely big room with a balcony looking over the pool. All the staff were incredibly helpful and always smiling. Theodore at the pool bar is just the best and definitely made our stay all the better. Also Michael at the main bar and his colleague whose name I’ve forgotten sorry! The only thing I think was missing was a bit more evening entertainment such as a free Greek night for example. Thank you for a great holiday.

Friendly and professional staff. Imprecably clean. The hotel offers several agents that can help out with excursions. Gianni and Charoula are welcoming you at the buffet and ensure you get the seat you want. Christos and his waitresses and waiters ensure your water bottle is full - with a smile! Amalia at front desk is surrounded by ladies that welcome you with grace. The internet is always working. Amazing experience to relax and unwind.

Fica muito a desejar, quer em termos de instalações ou serviços providenciados , para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Os quartos são pequenos, a insonorização dos quartos é má, e o ar condicionado é fraco. O pequeno almoço bufete é pouco variado , é a qualidade é mediana. De forma global classificaria de forma mediana e desactualizado.

The Hotell is clean and the food in the restaurant is amazing. The staff are wonderful too. However there are things which makes the grade go lower as our family room was too small but worse was the cabinet and drawers where not even to the standards and you could barely fit any clothing in there. The main door lock wasn’t always working as it should leaving the door usually been open after the cleaning personel been to the room or you feeling a bit uncomfortable not been sure if the door is open or close during the night. The TV was both old and either crap picture or no sound so mostly for show. The Ac was a bit tired on our last days. The gym facility is clean but most of machines either not working or out of date. You could still use dumbbells though but the machines felt risky to use. The safe box cost you extra which we found a bit ridicules as the hotell being 4 star and all. The parking is free which was good. The pool area are good and you get every day new clean towels and the bar is nearby for getting drinks etc. We noticed that there were barely any music playing in the pool or restaurant area which was a bit of shame. The wifi is also not that great in the room which we had and you have to be either in the main area of the Hotell which is on cross the street or on the balcony. The beach area is great and whole the area on the main hotell area is well looked after and very nice view over the sea. The sun beds are also free which we found also to be good.

At our arrival we ve got a warmful welcome, from the Receptions staff. The resort is placed in front a wonderful beach. We like that all the areas of Hotel were clean. The staff professional providing us a high level services. The Restaurants with delicious food. Huge variety of food and sweets with new menus daily. The access to the city Chania is so easy and we could go daily, so important. We liked this Hotel and we want come back on future. We recommend this resort.

After arriving in Chania to Galini hotel up the hill, we weren’t happy with the hotel so booked this hotel. All I can say is wow. From the reception staff,who are all gorgeous,to the bar staff etc, what can I say but wish I had chosen here first. This hotel should be 5 star, not only for the staff but its stunning location. There’s two sides which makes it very interesting. One side on the beach front and the other where the pools are. We were given a sea view on second floor and I couldn’t fault it. Bed very comfortable, bedding clean and room spotless. I couldn’t ask for more. Especially after the disaster of our original hotel. We are only two days in to a two week holiday and I could stay for longer. Also would like to mention the lovely lady who does the massages. She was amazing and got rid of my sciatic pain. Very friendly and will definitely have another one before leaving. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for welcoming us after a stressful day and night elsewhere.

We love Crete and had high hopes for this hotel, when we had our room keys it was straight there to see what kind of view we had, we was not disappointed sea view. The pool is other side of a busy road so you use the underpass. The reception staff were amazing friendly and good at their job. The hotel is lacking in areas the pool bar needs more staff and to stay open longer. The evening bar needs more staff Michael was amazing but no guest should come into a bar that’s got so much dirty cups and glasses on it, really off putting. Beach towels unavailable untill 10am why!! Most sun beds are taken by 8. Next was food, our fist lunch at hotel there was spaghetti and sauce, and it was there every day for lunch and dinner there could of been some far better food cooked up but the chef just repeats things over and over and a lot of time food was cold, we paid all inclusive but ended up eating out. We was never offered any kind of wine with our food while others were. All inclusive ends at 11 after that you pay, you also pay for coffee unless it’s a frappe or filtered. When I asked for a cold bottle of water from beach bar a very rude woman told me to fill my bottle at water station, yep ok but one they nearly always empty and two the water ends up warm when sitting in the sun all day. Again we paid all inclusive so why couldn’t I have cold water. There is little or no entertainment and what there was is very geared up for older guests.would I return to this hotel again no.
