residence recente donc je m’attendais à quelque chose de récent, mais la residence commence deja a defraichir un peu je trouve.
de plus, dommage que dans une residence recente, le groupe nemea est investi dans des lits aussi pourri et raide.
donc en global je donne une note de 3,5/5 car bien situé.

Bonjour à tous, suite à notre réservation pour nos musiciens, nous avons demandé à prendre les lieux à 14h30 au lieu de 17h confirmez par la réception la veille. Le jour de notre arrivée le responsable nous dit que pas possible est que son personnel était pas prêt avant les 17h. Un Acceuil exécrable du responsable de cette établissement que je déconseille vivement !! Le message est passé au cap agde .

C'est mon troisième séjours et je recommande à 100 % cette résidence, le spa est au top l'équipe Faïza Thomas et Tonton Fred sont au top , la résistance est propre et très bien située pas besoin de voiture je recommande à 100 %.que ce soit en couple ou en famille 👌👌👌

J’ai réservé cet établissement notamment pour l’espace bien-être. Malheureusement, plusieurs dysfonctionnements sont à noter concernant cet espace : - Sauna en panne toute la semaine.. - Jacuzzi froid donc inutilisable - Hammam fonctionnel que toutes les 45’ pour une durée de 10’ La qualité des prestations proposées ne correspondent pas à ce qu’elle devrait être.

Très bien situer , bien isoler les appartements sont très bien avec tout se qu’il faut. Mais manque de personnel surtout pour les départs et je trouve que internet et tv c’est un peu trop cher
