This is a very nice cheap hotel. Calling it a resort is definitely a stretch of the imagination. Very small pool, steam room, and Sauna. Everything was clean and orderly. Limited hours in pool and steam/ sauna. It probably saves significantly on power draw, so I understand, but not guest friendly. Front desk is only open from 15:00 to 18:00. Not guest friendly. Some of the pics are actually from the resort next door. Some false advertising. Beware. The €15 room service breakfast is probably the greatest value room service I have ever seen. Well worth it. Surprising even. 10€ self laundry is too much, and after 2plus hours in the dryer I just took my wet clothes to room and hung them to dry. Additionally, you self clean much of the room or pay 100€. No wifi in rooms. It's 2024. Time to upgrade.
I would absolutely go back.

the hotel has a couple of issues. When booking the Euro 85 cleaning fee is not added until the end with the local Euro 2.3 local tax so cannot properly compare. Not sure it costs Euro85 to clean room all bedding and towels have to be placed in laundry bag, rubbish taken out and kitchen clean and all items washed and put away. There is also no housekeeping. Does not feel right for such an expensive hotel. The front desk is intermittently staffed during day and no hotel staff after 7 pm. Yet no key controlled access 24 hours a day. I was disturbed on 2 nights with guests partying until early hours with far in excess on legal limit in room and no one to call to sort. Reception staff in morning seemed in different.

Do not stay here. We came home late one evening and our key was not working to enter the lobby. There was no concierge or security guard there at the time. They directed us to a neighbouring hotel to get a new key. We went back and tried the new key did not work. We were stuck outside the hotel in the middle of the night waiting for someone to exit so they could let us in. Finally after waiting for some time someone came out we complained at the concierge and all they told us was that they were aware of the problem. Also, at this hotel, there isn’t a cleaning service. You have to be your own cleaner and clean up after yourself when you leave even throwing out the garbage. This is not worth the cost. We only booked this because it was the very last option for us and we would never rebook this place again.

Perfect stay in Cap d'Agde
Excellent room in perfect condition. Nice quite location short walk from the sea and everything. This is our 3rd time in this hotel and we always satisfied

Had a wonderful stay. The whole experience was made outstanding thanks to the warmth, professionalism and friendliness of Susanna, the wonderful young lady on reception. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very kind and thoughtful in assisting with anything and everything to ensure the guests comfort and well-being is taken care of. She should be made the manager as she deserves to be rewarded for her care and attention to detail. The management should know how lucky they are to have someone like Susanna working for them.

Excellent accomodation ideal location well equipped appartment. Pool & Sun terrace always kept clean as was whole property. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will return and would recommend.

The place is not a hotel. Requires guests to put their used linens and towels in plastic bag and also take the trash out
