This is a very nice cheap hotel. Calling it a resort is definitely a stretch of the imagination. Very small pool, steam room, and Sauna. Everything was clean and orderly. Limited hours in pool and steam/ sauna. It probably saves significantly on power draw, so I understand, but not guest friendly. Front desk is only open from 15:00 to 18:00. Not guest friendly. Some of the pics are actually from the resort next door. Some false advertising. Beware. The €15 room service breakfast is probably the greatest value room service I have ever seen. Well worth it. Surprising even. 10€ self laundry is too much, and after 2plus hours in the dryer I just took my wet clothes to room and hung them to dry. Additionally, you self clean much of the room or pay 100€. No wifi in rooms. It's 2024. Time to upgrade.
I would absolutely go back.

Unheated swimming pool and paying jacuzzi. Disappointing especially when the hotel is called natureva SPA.

the hotel has a couple of issues. When booking the Euro 85 cleaning fee is not added until the end with the local Euro 2.3 local tax so cannot properly compare. Not sure it costs Euro85 to clean room all bedding and towels have to be placed in laundry bag, rubbish taken out and kitchen clean and all items washed and put away. There is also no housekeeping. Does not feel right for such an expensive hotel. The front desk is intermittently staffed during day and no hotel staff after 7 pm. Yet no key controlled access 24 hours a day. I was disturbed on 2 nights with guests partying until early hours with far in excess on legal limit in room and no one to call to sort. Reception staff in morning seemed in different.

Had a wonderful stay. The whole experience was made outstanding thanks to the warmth, professionalism and friendliness of Susanna, the wonderful young lady on reception. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very kind and thoughtful in assisting with anything and everything to ensure the guests comfort and well-being is taken care of. She should be made the manager as she deserves to be rewarded for her care and attention to detail. The management should know how lucky they are to have someone like Susanna working for them.

C’est la quatrième fois que je séjourne dans cet établissement, et si certains points restent agréables, d’autres deviennent de plus en plus décevants. Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses, ce qui est très appréciable. Les terrasses sont lumineuses, mais cela dépend de la disposition des chambres. En revanche, toutes les terrasses ne sont pas équipées de transats, ce qui est dommage : cela limite vraiment leur utilisation, surtout quand on vient chercher un peu de détente. L’accueil par les jeunes à la réception est plutôt bon, souriants et disponibles. En revanche, la gérante manque totalement de chaleur. Elle est assez froide, peu accueillante, et confirme malheureusement les avis que j’avais déjà pu lire à ce sujet. Cela donne une mauvaise première impression, ce qui est regrettable. Le prix en début juin est cohérent, mais clairement, l’établissement ne vaut pas les tarifs pratiqués en haute saison (juillet-août). En résumé, la localisation et l’accessibilité sont de vrais atouts, mais le manque d’humanité dans la gestion fait réfléchir, surtout quand on revient pour la quatrième fois. Je me pose d’ailleurs la question d’un nouveau séjour la semaine prochaine… Ceci reste un ressenti personnel, mais partagé par plusieurs autres clients visiblement.
