The hotel's internet was out of order, which was very inconvenient. The refrigerator and towels were not clean. The shower and faucet switch levers were broken. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. The location was good. It was close to the Bangladesh border, so it was convenient for eating out and shopping.

Room is good. Service is poor. Again Food is good. But everyday I have to keep waiting for fresh towels and reception says to contact house keeping and house keeping does not respond over intercom. On 06-012025 even I had to wait till 10.30 pm for a fresh towel. Reception welcome or on daily basis when you face somebody at reception nobody is having even greets you. It felt like “farak nahin padta “ type.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions
