Spa Hotels in Agadir-Ida-Ou Tanane Province

Positive Very nice staff Beautiful swimming pools and impeccable swimming pool equipment (relaxation, parasols… of very good quality) Impeccable hygiene at the restaurant level Diverse and abundant dishes despite some minor comments on the quality of cooking Negative Good location but less good compared to other hotels in taghazoute bay (noise all day and evening emanating from the public square and the souk next to the hotel, crowded beach in front of the hotel…) Absence of a private beach for hotel residents like other hotels in Taghazoute Bay The most disturbing point in the stay is the smell of mold in the bedroom and the bathroom which, despite our report and the intervention of the staff, remained throughout the stay Daytime entertainment not great with little music by the pool during the day (almost inaudible in some places and cut off very early in the day around 4:30 p.m.) Evening entertainment to improve (too boring and repetitive) Room towels to change (not at the level of a 5-star hotel, almost all damaged)

A warm welcome with Moroccan tea, and staff very friendly, everyone who works in the hotel greets you, The breakfast buffet was very extensive paint sprayer, Moroccan tea, chefs so professionals you are asked with a smile what kind of fried eggs you want nice swimming pool, only the coffee was bad not drinkable everyone left their coffee standing, you could also drink coffee or tea in your room, but there was no milk powder I don't drink coffee without milk, the last one I almost had to pay Tourist tax while I already told Trip .com had been paid on the voucher including all taxes, later that was resolved and had a really nice day.

Absolute gem of a hotel if you are looking for a family (surf) holiday. We loved everything, especially the staff. Special thanks to Fadoua and Naima from the kids club who were so brilliant. Fadoua even went out of her way and bought nappies for us outside of her work hours. We‘ll be back!

Staying at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout was a fantastic experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of the lake. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. The hotel's amenities, including the well-equipped fitness center, added extra comfort to my stay. The location was perfect for both relaxation and exploration, making my visit memorable and enjoyable.

Neat and clean hotel, with delicious buffets. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is clean too and the location is perfect to enjoy the sun. Perfect for solo traveller or couples. The beach is 5 minutes of walk.

We booked a package holiday for a girls weekend away and we were really impressed with the hotel!! The food was lovely and always different each day (the omelette station at breakfast was a winner!) The drinks were easy to get with three bars close to the pool area and all the staff were very friendly. The entertainment team were great and kept us smiling. Our room was ocean facing and was totally fine for the price we paid. Cleaners came daily and it was a good size room. The pool was big and plenty of space for everyone to get a sun lounger. There are also beach sun loungers reserved for the hotel guests. The beach is beautiful too. We asked for a restaurant recommendation for somewhere down at the Marina from the reception one evening and WOW it was superb. Our only slight hang up was that check in did take a long time but it wasn’t the worst we had experienced before.

We stayed here for two nights and were so glad we did as the hotel is gorgeous. Our room was large and luxurious with a wonderful terrace overlooking the pool and towards the ocean. The restaurant standards and food were delicious and the breakfast was substantial. The only downfall was the very mediocre massage both my husband and I received. Both attendants were disinterested and kept leaving the massage room to “chat” with other workers, leaving the door slightly open which is not what you expect during a massage! The rest of the experience at the hotel was excellent so disappointing that the massage was below expectations.

After a few nights in Marrakesh we were really looking forward to a chilled experience in Agadir at Sofitel Royal Bay. We were so disappointed. We were greeted by friendly staff who helped us with bags and offered us a seat while we waited for check and the Riad was stunning but it all went a bit downhill from there… We were taken to our room before being told about any of the hotel facilities or where things were and timings for the restaurants. Our room however was very outdated and dark but clean. There were so many small things that really took away from the 5* experience: we had to get maintenance to sort a buzzing sound coming from the TV; on a couple of occasions we had to ask for our room to be cleaned and our bathroom door handle fell off! It seemed that the rooms with balconies were more up to date but given that the hotel had recently been refurbished we thought we’d be okay. Throughout our 4 night stay there was also a constant smell of wet paint and service men working on plugs hanging out of the walls? The weather was dull (which cannot be helped obviously) but there was nothing to do at the hotel other than lay by the pool. The entertainment of a nighttime was good but it was the same every night so got a bit tiresome. A big shout out to Youness for his FABULOUS customer service but otherwise nobody checked in with us or seemed bothered to help or serve which was so disappointing and we’d have preferred to order at the bars ourselves. We ate at the buffet one night which was okay and the Soul restaurant was nice (we then went to different restaurants so can’t comment on the food changing). Can echo some other comments, however, and the buffet definitely needed labels as we didn’t know what we were eating. It was a really underwhelming experience and did not run smoothly at all. We expected so much more.

I love the place in the middle of beach area of Agadir Despite some trace of its age, the soul of this place, the Arabo andalous architecture and its garden is delightful The team gives his best to welcome the guest with service and warm welcoming I just come back from there and me and my wife like to recommend this place

First visit to agadir loved it,ĺ but the only down fall was the hotel, when you first enter it is beautiful , the pool area & garden area again very stunning, but when we were taken to our room it was horrendous, the toilets smelled & were dirty, the bedding had blood stains on it, we were given a room that we hadn't booked. We'd paid extra for a sea view room and we weren't given that, when we did go to treception to enquire why, they said there was no availability depite us booking over 6 months in advance, the room should have been reserved for our stay. We requested to be moved straight away & to be told no rooms are available, we argued that we had booked the holiday Feb so our room should have been available. The reception staff abdul mutalib, was rude & not very helpfull there seemed to be smirk on his face when we approached him about our room as though he knew we would be complaining Luckily the love holiday rep Nurruddin was available whom was very nice, honest and really accomodating throughout our trip, he advised us to spk to khadija in the morning who will change our room, to which she did, khadija was very nice and looked after us. The rooms are outdated & need re decorating, the bathroom continuously smell &, the cleaning is not up to standard there are stains on the bathroom tiles & walls. The cleaners dont clean very well just change towels, mop floor & change toilet rolls, the whole week the toilet, sink or bath had not been cleaned, i had to clean the sink, mirror & shower area myself. The food was not very appetising & not much variety everyday there was the same salads, spaghetti bolegnase, rice, chicken or beef on alternate days. not much available for children. Despite the disappointment of having to change my room twice in one week, we had a lovely time in agadir, it is a shame the hotel ruined aspects of our holiday. For a hotel in the prime location, their standards are very low. Thank you to the love holidays staff for helping us out.
