Hello romantic riad but not chic, neither classy nor even Moroccan..denaturalize a typically Moroccan riad in an Indian room that is frankly bad taste, pay for a suite at 230 euros and have a shower head without fixing, really low. TV only local, no French channels and a strong but very strong smell of rose or jasmine in all the hotel we like flowers but not to that extent it stings your throat in the evening and the sneezing no let's not talk...I advise you to go elsewhere you will find a lot better for less and at least you will help the local economy.
I will end with “madam the owner who has the austere hello know that I had taken the most expensive suite in the hotel and when meeting you at reception neither a smile nor a little welcome tea. I am disappointed!

An absolutely gorgeous spa riad. The staff were exceptionally good, our room was very comfortable, the bathroom had a proper bath and separate shower which was fantastic. There is a bar which has live music every night. The restaurant staff went out of their way to accommodate our vegetarian diet and produced some good food for us. The hamman was great fun and I had one of the best massages I’ve had for years. The spa pool is warm and gorgeous. My only criticism is that it is located on the edge of town and there is very little within walking distance – you will be needing a car or using a taxi to go into Agadir

Had a great stay at this elegant Riad last week. Abourk on reception was wonderfully welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The whole atmosphere was serene and relaxing.Breakfast was great and dinner - which we had each night of our 4 night stay - was lovely, from the free canapés with pre-dinner drinks in the bar to the classic French menu.It’s true that the service is not fast - but who wants that? - the relaxed pace and friendly waiters suited us. I’m really surprised by a couple of the negative reviews on here - we had a great experience and will certainly be back.

Nous sommes arrivés le soir du 28 décembre 2024 bonne accueil au début, chambre 211 vu sur les frigos du restaurant, chambre très bruyante, pas lumineuse, tapis sale malgré un service de nettoyage des chambres super bien. Personnel du petit déjeuner super gentil et au petit soin par contre pour le soir le personnel est vite dépassé dès qu'il y a du monde, manque de coordination. Les repas sont correcte avec parfois des loupés suite à un manque de coordination entre les serveurs. Concernant le spa, personnel à l'accueil pas souriant, ne donne pas envi de faire les soins dans le spa. Il faudra faire des efforts si vous voulez garder un certain standing.

Amazing boutique hotel combining the best of Middle Eastern and European influences. Great hotel facilities. Superb staff. Easy walk to the beach (but a bit longer walk to cafes and bars).

Bon séjour mais burkini interdit, désolant..
Nous avons globalement passé un bon séjour malgré un gros point noir, le burkini est interdit à la piscine et au spa.
Nous trouvons toujours ça désolant dans un pays musulman de refuser le burkini pour le regard des autres, uniquement pour ce point nous ne pensons pas revenir dans ce riad.
