Enjoyable stay.
Quite a lot of refurbishment going on around the pool area, although it didn’t bother us. Very friendly staff and good food. Had read about noise from close-by clubs, but we didn't notice any. A very enjoyable stay at Mabrouk Hotel.

I’ve been to Mabrouk Pool Bar twice, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. It seems like only Gulf customers are truly welcomed, while others are treated with disrespect. The security staff and manager were extremely rude, showing no sense of hospitality. One of the waitresses, Khawala, told me I needed a booking. When I asked how, she claimed I had to book a room at the hotel, which is completely untrue. This kind of misinformation and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. If you’re looking for a place where you feel respected and valued as a customer, I strongly advise against going here. You will likely feel underestimated and unwelcome.

Hotel looks very good and clean inside and outside. Horrible hot water system, I literally had to call a technician everyday and had to endure cold showers (sounds like they had a manual system for hot water). The hotel has a connected restaurant/shisha bar. Food is on point 👉 , service is standard. Just be prepared to dig deeper into your pockets on New Years Eve as food and drinks prices are heavily inflated (i paid 100 dirhams for tea and it usually costs 10 Dirhams there other days). Overall decent hotel for couples but painful process for daily essentials.

Superbe hôtel, personnel au petit soin et soirées dans l’hôtel tres sympa Meilleur moelleux au chocolat que j’ai mangé La piscine est très sympa avec une ambiance au top Très bien situé car la plage est accessible à pied et des places de parkings en face de l’hôtel

Der Service war sehr schlecht. Wir sind aus Deutschland und der Mitarbeiter namens Tarik Geron oder wie auch immer hat uns einfach zurückgewiesen, weil wir Sommerkleidung trugen. Seit wann entscheidet jemand anderes für die Menschen, was sie anziehen sollen? So etwas ist nicht akzeptabel.
