I wanted to write here regarding what could have been a completely different review if I had not been lucky enough to stay at this Hotel. On the last night of my holiday sadly I was rushed into hospital with a severe kidney infection and swollen Gallbladder. I ended up with a 6 day stay. Lauren my Tui Manager ( She is beyond amazing) and her team were beyond exceptional as well as the hotel Team from day staff to management. Lauren visited me, txt daily, looked after my husband and made sure we had a room till we came home. There's no words to express how phenomenal they all were. I never be able to give enough thanks. Don't hesitate to book this very welcoming and warm hotel and her staff. Thank you 🩷

Pas un 4 étoiles. Belles chambres, dommage que les Blattes mesurent 5 cm, c'est assez impressionnant. Belles soirées animées. Quant à la restauration : trop répétitif et "grosse bouffe "pour les entrées. Par contre les tajines sont très très bonnes. Dommage que des personnes "âgées" sans éducation et non respectueuses se croient tout permis en mettant les plats sans dessus - dessous. Dans cet hôtel où tout le personnel est avenant et à votre écoute, il faut toujours demander pour obtenir ne serait-ce qu'une cuillère à café. Pas moyen d'obtenir un transat tant à la piscine qu'à la plage où le plagiste se permet lui-même de réserver pour certaines personnes. Les serviettes de plage sont installées pour la réservation dès 7 heures du matin.Le Monsieur responsable à l'accueil est très gentil et arrangeant. Je pense que les hôtels pour adults only ont une ambiance trop "vieillissante" et sont difficiles à gérer.

Un deuxième séjour au Tikida Beach des plus agréables ! Des évolutions (enfin!) : les bains de soleil de la plage ont tous été changés, de nouveaux coussins sur les bains de soleil autour de la piscine ont fait leur apparition (ca n'empêche pas les indélicats d'en prendre 4...ce sont sans doute les même qui posent leur serviette dès 6 ou 7H du matin)...Point à régler à la piscine et à la plage SVP! Il serait aussi souhaitable de revoir le buffet du midi qui manque parfois de choix dans la variété des viandes et volailles . (Proposer des tripes ....pas ouf). En conclusion , une équipe au top et toujours prête à rendre service à tous niveaux . A l'année prochaine ! Inchallah

This hotel is absolutely Terrible we are still here hoping to be moved tomoz fingers crossed On arrival we given a room over night club we was not the same pics as in theonline e booking in the uk came down and complained again then got another room I have got no words about dump we were given stained curtains and 3 inches of dust on lamps and the view was at the back facing the generater noisy we also got told off reception that nightclub noise would be in till 2 am what a welcome when you have travelled all day something needs doing about this con as other guests have been treated the same the food is repetitive and tbe dining room facing the beach is like a works canteen flies all over you only get good service if you tip I don’t blame the staff it’s the management who are ripping us off things need to be look at we are checking out tomoz as our experience hasn’t been great won’t return

Spent 7 days with friends at this hotel in September 2024. Rooms were clean, spacious and serviced every day. Food was good but service not always 100%. That said most staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Pool area was great. I especially enjoyed the aqua aerobic classes that were held every morning. Had a brilliant massage and scrub in the spa at a very reasonable cost. There is a lovely beach just outside of the hotel with a promenade perfect for strolling along of an evening. Always felt safe doing so. Overall a very enjoyable 7 days in Agadir

Pros - Great location next to the beach. - Lots of variety when it comes to entertainment. - Food was good a bit repetitive but that’s like any all inclusive. -Bar service was good Cons -Mould in rooms. Many guests complained about mould in the room with one couple having to wait 4 days to be moved. - Health and safety hazards in room the air conditioning control panel had fell off revealing live wires. - Rooms dirty- stains on sheets, nothing ever restocked. Left over food put in fridge by staff- it was definetly not there the day before. Had to go down to reception everytime we needed toilet paper or towels due to reception never answering the phone then had to wait hours for it to be brought up. One day after not having our room cleaned we placed the please clean me sign on the door which was removed by staff but still the room had not been cleaned. - Management very unhelpful and issues not dealt with straight away. -Construction work outside hotel meaning it was very noisy until 9pm each night. Of course this is not the hotels fault but it would have been nice to be informed prior.

We’ve just come home from a week at the hotel and had a fantastic holiday. All the staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough to help, the rooms were cleaned every day and were spotless. There was a good selection of food every day, with the restaurant staff checking regularly to replace dishes if they were getting low. Really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be going back again.
