What a lovely hotel the Zephyr is, really cannot fathom some of the negative reviews. We had a 1 bed studio and it was a really nice apartment, modern, very tastefully decorated with everything we needed. My one small gripe with the apartment is there was no electric kettle but we just boiled water in a pan on the stove. The whole hotel was spotless and the cleaners came in most days. All the staff we encountered at the hotel were lovely, friendly and helpful. Although a bit of a trek to the beach and promenade the area the Zephyr is in seems very upmarket, it also felt very safe and there are plenty of nice restaurants, shops and supermarkets all within a short walking distance. Taxis are everywhere and very cheap. Other things to note are there was no iron or ironing board in our apartment, although we didn't need one and so I'm not sure if they have them available on request. Air-conditioning was free as was the safe in the room and the WiFi. WiFi is actually very good, I took my firestick so that we had English TV and had absolutely no issues all week. All in all a very comfortable stay at the Zephyr, I would definitely use again and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

This hotel is in a lovely location. It is not on the sea front but very accessible by taxis which are reasonably priced. Lovely spacious & impeccably clean suite. The kindness and hospitality of the staff is second to none. I would definitely recommend.

I had a great stay at Zephyr Agadir. The hotel was very beautiful and exceptionally clean, which made my experience even better. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, especially the bellman Adil, who was extremely helpful and kind. Even the security guard was very polite and made us feel safe. The only thing that surprised me was that the hotel did not provide a prayer mat for guests, which I expected in a hotel of this standard. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

AVOID THIS HOTEL... RUDE STAFF AND BLANTLY RACIST AGAINST ANYINE SPEAKING ENGLISH... I have come to the hotel and was met with a rude staff member going by the name of yassine... He made us wait whilst attending to others who came after us. And he was not helpful and neither were other staff members. Also had issue with regards to parking and my luggage not been safe in this hotel. Avoid this hotel as other better hotels nearby which give better service and care. Also hotel requires a good clean as it has a foul smell.

Très bel hôtel, très bien entretenu. Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans un apparthotel pour 5 personnes, très spacieux et bien équipé (sèche cheveux, table à repasser et fer). La piscine est vraiment agréable et très grande. L’hôtel est situé à côté de très bons restaurants et peu chers. La boulangerie Paul est à 5 minutes à pied très pratique pour le petit déjeuner. Merci au Zephyr pour cet agréable séjour, nous reviendrons certainement une prochaine fois dans cet hôtel.

Prima appartement. Alles aanwezig. Uitstekende receptie Iets gehorig en tuin zicht is een speeltuintje. Zwembad is een klein eindje lopen. Helaas bij 1 badmeester keiharde house muziek. Fijn dat het appartement in een straat ligt met uitstekende restaurants, pinautomaten en winkeltjes. Naar zee is goed te belopen

I’ve came to this hotel 2 times already with my family. Everyone loves it so much. The staff are lovely and caring, the facilities are plentiful, the location is very convenient to local restaurants, markets and bus stops, and the rooms are bright and spacious. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again!

Hotel très rentable, proche des restaurants, boulangerie, petits commerces. Hotel et chambre propre, le ménage n'est pas fait chaque jours mais si t'es un minimum propre ça ne pose pas de problème, à l'entrée de l'hôtel un message concernant la sensibilisation sur la consommation en eau ( secheresse) d'où les serviettes pas changé chaque jours . Parking en face de l'hôtel non payant, les autres c'est 2 dhr soit 20 cts d euros. Prévoir des boules de quies si vius êtes côté rue, pas de double vitrage. Personnels gentils

Great 7nt stay here. Studio apartment met our needs - just a small point had to buy some washing up liquid and a cloth for dishes. Apartment kept very clean by staff towels changed every day and bedding changed during our stay. Balcony was good for breakfast and late afternoon drinks. Adil on front of house very helpful with luggage and local information.
