Basic hotel... Good view... With standard infrastructure in beds etc! I won't go into detail about the politeness but also the rudeness (of some people) of the staff... What is tragically unacceptable, which I have never encountered before, is that it gets rowdy at night, until 1, 2 or even 3. .. The first time, I told the gentleman who is there, and he says yes, they will calm down today, they were some strangers... We calmed down for a day... And then for two or three nights the same thing, gathering down at the reception, and talking loudly and laughing like there's no tomorrow... And when I went out one night at 1:30 to tell them to be quiet, I saw that the same gentleman from the hotel was in the group... What???? Has he brought his friends and are they sitting? does he sit with some of the customers and spend his evening not caring if he disturbs the others? And they didn't even apologize. Here you are at home and after 12 o'clock you are quiet... I wonder how it has a good rating here but also on other platforms.. Now that I think about it, it might be everyone who collects them and rates them... The funny thing is that the accommodation has and a type of cafe with tables (which is closed at that time of course) but instead of sitting at the tables, which are more secluded, no we will sit at the entrance of the hotel, which is in the center to disturb everyone!! ZERO PROFESSIONALISM PS. I said I won't go into details but I will say this: 5 days had passed without changing the towels and sheets.. And if I didn't tell them they wouldn't have done it... 5 days in a hotel that is not the cleanest. .. Advice; stay somewhere else and go there at night for a chat and a chat... No one will tell you anything!
