- An der Rezeption wir kein Wort Deutsch gesprochen - und das in einem deutschsprachigen Land bzw. einer kleinen Schweizer Stadt - echt jetzt? - Lichtkonzept "aus der Hölle" im ganzen Haus und vor allem in den Zimmern! - Faulstes Zimmerpersonal das ich je erlebt habe. - Haus ohne Seele und ohne jede Gastlichkeit. - Das Beste ist die Einstellhalle mit Direktzugang zum Zimmer.

Excellent hotel at a great price.
Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean and quiet.
I could have driven around to look for a parking spot (I assume for a fee), but elected to park in the underground garage. Parking was $25USD.

Sehr zufrieden stellend für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, beim frühstück sollte es mehr Auswahl geben (zbsp. Marmelade, Aufstriche) dies stand uns leider nur bei unseren letzten Frühstück zur Verfügung

La première surprise c’est qu’il était impossible d’entrer dans l’hotel en arrivant a 18h … Les portes coulissantes ne s’ouvrent qu’avec une carte de chambre. Nous avons attendu qu’un passager sorte … lunaire. Ensuite checkin très lent et complique. Le personnel ne semble pas être forme. La chambre est bien équipée mais était sale ( des cheveux sur la table de nuit notamment). Le lendemain , nous arrivons a 10:15 et petit déjeuner termine alors que sur l’appli Radisson il est indique que le WE le service se termine a 11h. A noter , il n’y a personne a la réception avant 15h. Nous voulions laisser les bagages pour faire un tour dans zurich… impossible. L’hotel bien que récent semble sans manager et le personnel abandonne sans instructions. Aucun service et que des désenchantements

Das Personal hat unter der Notfallnummer einfach aufgelegt und 7 Personen vor verschlossenen Türen lassen die total übermüdet, verschwitzt in 4 Autos zw. 5-8 Stunden heimfahren mußten.
