During the Spring Festival, we took a trip to Xuexiang. We booked the wrong check-in date, so we called the front desk and the owner promptly refunded our money. When we arrived in Arshan, we decided to stay one more night. Our train was at around 4pm, and the owner let us check out late without charge, because otherwise the weather would have been too cold and we would have had nowhere to stay. We were so touched! The hotel is in a great location, on the Central Avenue, across from the railway tracks and next to the Geological Museum. Arxan City is not big, and the hotel is within easy walking distance. Although the room facilities are not very new, the hygiene is good, the hotel is large, there are two sightseeing elevators, and there is a calligraphy and painting exhibition on the first floor. The indoor temperature is suitable, the mattress and pillow are of appropriate softness and hardness, and I slept very comfortably. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, it is good enough to be able to do this during the Spring Festival! Directly upgraded to an air-conditioned room and also provided breakfast. The service was very good. The feedback was very quick. They sprayed air freshener directly. When I couldn’t get a taxi, they provided the fleet phone number and helped a lot. The service was very good! The room environment is OK, it is cleaned very well, and consumables are replenished every day.
