景區內的基礎設施並不完善，都是普通人家開的民宿，這家民宿嗯床單被罩枕頭肉眼看着還算乾淨，但衹能算是對付一晚，談不上入住體驗。
畢竟來阿爾山的旅客第二天都會早起，因為沒有夜生活，第二天可以去烏蘇浪子湖看晨霧。
酒店就在不凍河旁邊，看不了晨霧，但可以看浪漫落日。

酒店的位置位於阿爾山天池服務區，走過去沒多遠，有天池服務區售票處可以買票，然後就可以直接坐車去景區了。

真的太簡陋了，可能對山裡要求不能太高，但真的不好睡，鋪蓋也很硬，廁所也巨小，不乾淨，洗澡就不能開門因為會一覽無遺，吹風都沒有。。有條件還是選好點的吧，國慶快四百這個酒店我還是不太能接受

房間寬敞，光線明亮。
老闆娘很熱情，飯菜味道很好，還給抹了不少零頭。吃早點時還看到外國人過來用餐。
出門右轉五百米就是區間車的車站。相對靠近服務區的邊緣，但我覺得這樣更好，不吵鬧也沒有揚塵。
晚上走十來分鐘就能到河邊玩，可以拍到很清晰的北斗七星！
缺點:廁所和隔壁的廁所緊挨着，隔音相對較差，甚至能聽到較清晰的對話，不過出了廁所不太影響。再加上在園區內玩了一整天累的很，晚上還是睡得很香完全沒有被吵到。
