奉勸遊客們擦亮眼睛，不要被評分和排名矇蔽了雙眼！！！酒店各方面都不行，我們住的神鹿觀星房，房間設施根本和價位不匹配，服務態度非常不好，房間內浴室和洗手間燈是壞的，聯繫前台最終沒給修好，也沒給換房，過來的服務人員態度極其惡劣，多拿兩瓶礦泉水也不願意，這樣的服務意識，怎麼好意思騙遊客錢的，大家避坑吧！！！

房間內有蟲子 衞浴間燈都是壞的，服務員來了看了一圈走了再也沒來處理，室外一片漆黑陽台茶几凳子都是濕的。

一千來塊錢這個價位來説，性價比有點低，集裝箱有點簡陋，洗澡的地方有點小，洗完之後整個屋子比較潮濕，我的希望值有點高，到了發現和想象中差了一大截，優點就是離市區比較近，外部環境還可以，晚上能看見星星！

設施：新，户外落地門不利索，有點故障。其他都不錯

房間超大超敞亮，設施完善，處處有小鹿的元素，可能還沒到旺季，整個營地人少又安靜，附近還有一個鹿園和研學基地，小朋友來一定會很開心
