Holiday Inn Express ADRIAN by IHG

The room is clean,bed is comfortable, american hot breakfast is excellent and 24 coffee machine is amazing. Convenient location.

This property is extremely disorganized. Do not stay here. While we were relaxing in our room, a housekeeper walked in without knocking and said, “When did they rent this room?” with no apology afterward. There were also no trash bags provided in the room. At 1:00 a.m., we were woken up by a huge fight happening above us, which resulted in six police officers responding to the scene. The breakfast attendant openly complained that they had been working seven days straight, and front desk staff brought their children to work, allowing them to run around the property. I requested a refund due to these issues, but the property refused. Overall, this was a very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. I would not recommend staying at this location.

Had to get 3 rooms, first room was dirty, not clean from previous guest. 2nd room toilet didn’t work. Finally 3rd room was fine. Shower was gross though. No bowls for cereal in breakfast area. Asked none available. Would not recommend

It took much longer than normal to get checked in. The lady said it was the computer but I have no way of knowing if that was true or not. I did not get the room I reserved over a month in advance. I reserved a standard king, but was placed in a jacuzzi room which was a terrible waste of space. I barely had room between the bed and wall to move in and out. I went back to the desk and informed the lady, but she said she was running out of king rooms. That wasn't my problem since I reserved over a month in advance. I informed her she better not charge me for a jacuzzi room or I would NEVER stay in a Holiday Inn Express again. There was a large gap under the room door which was not a big deal, but it allowed more noise in than normal. The bathroom door on the inside at the bottom was held together with drywall screws. It looked worse than some Super 8's and Days Inns that I have stayed in during my more financially challenged days. The was room 128, and Holiday Inn Express should be ashamed of the condition of the bathroom door. I am on a 5 day, 4 night trip. Every night of this trip is in a Holiday Inn Express. I will definitely be looking at Hampton Inn or other nice hotels if I keep having these issues with Holiday Inn Express. Grand Island, NY and Lima, OH have been wonderful. Adrian, MI and North East, PA were very disappointing.

Stayed a couple nights for a baseball tournament in town. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was above average for what you usually get in a hotel. Service desk employees were hit and miss. Some were great to deal with and others were there because they had to be and it showed. CONSIDERABLY better then hotel it shares a parking lot with and worth the extra few dollars...trust me on that one.

The property is old and dated. Needs updating. Beds are extremely soft which may be a problem for people with bad backs. Parking was fine. Music was blasting in the lobby over a crackly speakers.

They were the best group of women to help me check in and check out will definitely be going to this hotel again
