Если сравнивать с всеми среднестатистическими отелями поляны, то неплохо. Чисто, удобная кровать. Но ужасный завтрак, отель уже морально устал и требуется реновация. Очен чувствуеся запах каналиации из открытого окна

Были в Долине в апреле с подругами. Остались очень довольны. Чистые комфортные номера, исправная сантехника. Халаты, тапочки есть, белье в порядке. Завтраки изумительные, очень много всего и на любой вкус. Сырники, творог, сметана - всё очень вкусное! Вторые блюда, рыбка соленая, даже суп. Чай, кофе из аппарата, шампанское. Вежливый персонал и на ресепшен и официанты. Всем огромное спасибо! Спа-зона тоже порадовала, паровая комната, сауна, хамам, ну и конечно бассейн под открытым небом - это отдельный восторг! Потрясающие виды! Мы были в межсезонье, народу было немного, хотя к выходным прибавилось, но не критично, особенно, если на завтрак приходить пораньше. Вообще очень гордо, что и у нас в России сервис подтянулся за вполне адекватные деньги. Огромная благодарность всем сотрудникам отеля за организацию отдыха и готовность помочь в любых вопросах. Очень хотелось бы вернуться к вам.

Самый лучший отель для фотографий в открытом бассейне с видом на горы, так можно отдельно посетить бассейн не бронируя номер, очень крутая спа зона, всем рекомендую, и зимой и летом можно кайфовать, так как бассейн с подогревом, есть еще сауны на любой вкус

Отдохнули с супругом в отеле Долина 960 по отзыву друзей и ни сколько не пожалели! Отель очень уютный, в живописном месте Красной поляны с теплым бассейном под открытым небом. Номер изначально забронировали ни с тем видом из окна какой хотелось бы, но персонал отеля любезно предоставил номер с шикарным видом на горы и бассейн. Номер обустроен всем необходимым. Белье чистое и приятное, меняли регулярно. Горный воздух, красота и тишина гор, сауна и водные процедуры сделали нас счастливее. Спасибо всему персоналу отеля, будем рекомендовать однозначно! Сисаури.

Все удобства для комфортного отдыха. Прекрасный завтрак, спа, бассейн, канатка близко, и самое классное одеяло в номере, которое я когда либо видела в отелях. Для снаряжения предусмотрены боксы на -1 этаже, удобная парковка. По ключу от номера можно спускаться и подниматься по канатке вниз.

Замечательный отель! Вкусные завтраки, уютные номера, хорошая уборка. Главная фишка - Инфинити бассейн, даже зимой вода теплая. Персонал отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Планируем приехать с друзьями в горнолыжный сезон. Всем советую!
