Понравилось буквально всё. Во-первых, расположение, очень удачная локация - 2 шага до моря, один шаг до остановок общественного транспорта, на котором можно доехать куда угодно. Жилой фонд - есть всё и всё рядом, номера хорошие, на территории помимо того, что она красивая и постоянно поддерживается,в шаговой доступности есть магазины, бары, столовые, аптеки, прачечные, тренажерный зал, бассейн и пр.пр. И самое приятное персонал - на "5 с плюсом". Резюмирую - рекомендую!

Проблема была при заселении пришли в 15:00 на стойку регистрации документы оформили быстро. И потом услышали комментарий, надо еще 30 минут подождать, номер не убран. У нас очень "большая" загрузка при полупустом комплексе)))) Для нас это было критично. При выезде с территории, абсолютно нелепое требование осмотр багажника. Выезжали на микро автобусе, в салоне 6 человек. Как такового багажника нет, есть не большое пространство между третьим рядом сидений и задней крышкой. Этот объем был заполнен пакетами с вещами, загруженными из салона. По требованию охранника крышку пришлось открыть, вещи все сместились. Крышку не закрыть, пришлось заново через салон все загружать. Под комментарии охранника быстрее шлагбаум сейчас закроется. В целом не понятна цель этой процедуры. Какие действия может упредить охранник увидев багажник авто полностью забитый вещами? Только потешить самолюбие руководства, у нас 100% контроль!

Проживали семьей в городе-отеле "Бархатные сезоны" (Екатерининский квартал) в феврале 2025г. Остались очень довольны. Что понравилось: - близость к морю (3-5 мин.) Каждый день прогуливались по красивой набережной - приемлемое расстояние до Розы хутор (ехали с целью покататься на горных лыжах); на такси дорога занимала 50мин - удобный и комфортный номер (жили в двухкомнатном номере с кухней): матрасы хорошие, на кухне достаточно посуды, чисто, убирались каждый день, часто меняли постельное белье и полотенца. - красивая и ухоженная территория - в квартале есть все необходимое: столовая (еда понравилась, выбор большой, цены доступные), кафе, мини маркет, аптека, прачечная. За территорией в пешей доступности так же много кафе и магазинов - были очень рады поздравлению и подаркам от отеля в связи с бархатной свадьбой. Большое Вам СПАСИБО ! Было очень приятно!

все хорошо. Встретили, поселили, обьясили, показали, рассказали. приятный персонал. Хорошие номера. Хорошее расположение, хороший сервис. Все в шаговой доступности. Можно даже с питанием. Тепло. Уютно. Красиво. Свежий воздух. Везде чисто.

Всегда останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Меня все устраивает более чем - месторасположение, условия, соотношение цена/качество. Кварталы люблю больше всего Екатерининский и Спортивный. Хотя и в Семейном тоже была - там есть плюс: подогреваемый бассейн. В следующий раз снова туда однозначно.

Отель удобно расположен по отношению к морю и набережной.Легко можно добраться до "Сочи Парка" и Олимпийских объектов. Номера чистые (есть чайный набор и холодильник), внимательный, вежливый персонал. На территории есть магазины "24 часа", рестораны, кафе, столовые и аптека. Крытый бассейн в "Семейном Квартале". В некоторых номерах слабая шумоизоляция, но нам не мешал этот момент. Очень зеленая и ухоженная территория, есть лавочки и детские площадки. Платная парковка.

Самый большой минус в номере нет зеркала в рост.. очень оно важно для женщины.Подушка так себе комками..и ковролин пожалуй пора бы и помыть,но в соответствии с ценой пожалуй очень хорошо. Постельное белье за 7дней меняли 1 раз и это достаточно.Шампунь, гель, мыло добавляли регулярно. Мусор выносили ежедневно. Очень красивый вид на горы из номера.
