We have just spent 13 days in this wonderful hotel. Very well located already, 5 minutes walk from the bus stop and 10 minutes walk from all the shops and good restaurants. The hotel has a great little beach with about thirty umbrellas and their 2 chairs, so it goes without saying that we are not cramped because the beach is huge. Also has 2 swimming pools, too great for children. Magnificent sunset if you stay at the beach until 8 p.m. You can also eat on this beach in the company of its sunset, there are a few restaurant tables on the beach and you will be served good food with very reasonable prices. The breakfast is very simple, but plentiful and good. Impeccable cleanliness both inside and outside. There is not a single piece of paper or can lying around outside. Sheets changed every 3 days and towels every 2 days. Housekeeping done every day. Reception staff, very very friendly, thanks to the brunette lady with glasses and the very nice evening gentleman. All this to tell you that if you hesitate between several hotels, do not hesitate and take this one.. Again a big thank you. Chevallier Ml and Dhifi K

Super Lage des Hotels, direkt am Strand und mit dem Auto ist die Stadt Rethymno nur 10 min. entfernt. Zum Hotel selber kann ich nur das Allerbeste berichten!!! Zimmer mit Meerblick, sauber, es wird täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstücksbüffet vielfältig und direkt am Strand. Mittagessen super lecker und immer alles frisch!!! Und das Personal ist ein Traum, ob der Manager, der Empfang oder das Reinigungspersonal oder der Service, ausnahmslos ALLE sind herzlich, superfreundlich, zuvorkommend und lesen dir jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und gehen auf alle Sonderwünsche ein. ....Drei Verbesserungsvorschläge, Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, eine Aufhängung für die Duschbrause und eine stärkere Klimaanlage. Noch zu erwähnen wäre, die Liegen am Strand und am Pool sind kostenfrei und die Klimaanlage kostet 8€/tägl. Danke schön an das Team!!! Wir kommen wieder!!!

If you want to go back in time to the 1970s, this hotel is for you. TUI sells increasingly poorer quality for more and more money and does not write everything in its offers. This was the last time we traveled with this office! Terrible hotel. BREAKFAST: hopeless, several products of questionable quality, instant coffee from a thermos, one yellow cheese, one cold meat, small quantities, the hotel manager sits inside at a table and smokes cigarettes among the guests eating breakfast. Nightmare. POOL: heavily chlorinated water, but the facilities and surroundings of the pool are so dirty that you should wear rubber boots there. The beach is terrible, there are stones, rubbish, some old artificial grass near the pool, and hotel deckchairs placed on the sand cost 5 euros each. You won't have time to think about whether you're lying on the beach or 5 meters closer at the swimming pool before the manager runs with the terminal and cashes in. Very expensive pool bar and drinks of questionable quality. ROOM: equipment below the minimum. one wardrobe in the bedroom and two chairs. no space for things, air conditioning is paid but there is information not to use it too much as it may burn, only a comfortable bed. change of sheets once a week. KITCHEN: one old rusty refrigerator, one cupboard. the furniture remembers the 1970s. BATHROOM: I was disgusted to wash in it. Just thinking about it makes me sick. Toilet paper is forbidden to throw into the toilet, the shower is terrible, water flows everywhere, when you run the water in the sink it breaks out in the middle of the floor. No cabinets, just one shelf 10cm x 30 and that's it. It stinks from a broken hole in the wall. Shocking ! TERRACE: quite large, but the clothes dryer and the furniture are also very old. You have to push the front door with your foot to open it. Overall, I don't recommend it! A tragedy for PLN 5,000 after the season! TUI's photos show retouched rooms. HOTEL AREA: Mielno 30 years ago or worse, carousel-circus style, dirt everywhere, empty buildings, garbage, some ruins, abandoned car wrecks. It's a few bus stops to Rethymno, the tickets are quite cheap, one way 1.20 per person. There are a lot of nice pubs nearby and there are so many advantages. I will never go back to Greece again.
