As we head to our flight home , I thought we would share our thoughts on our 4th trip to this wonderful hotel, we stayed in Mythica room 86 Best part of this hotel are the staff who from morning to night work so hard to make the holiday fantastic , from Klio and her team in bar to the guys in a la carte restaurant , to main restaurant staff all are fantastic. Also Maria and Victoria in guest services who help along the way. Finally the staff in the spa - best massages ever especially the Cretan Massage - thank you One point I would make is to look at decor , the areas in corridors near spa area are a bright light white , but a lot of rooms where we were are still old dated terracotta - could do with brightening up inside , maybe one before you open next year ? Finally go all inclusive you can save so much money See you all next May for our 5th year

Bella struttura anche se in alcuni ambienti un po’ datata. Ottima cucina, cosa non frequente quando si viaggia in villaggi all’estero. Pulizia top. Un grande ringraziamento ai ragazzi dell’animazione Alpitour che ci hanno fatto divertire. Una menzione particolare per l’assistente Alpitour, Giulia, che si è rivelata attenta alle nostre esigenze e un supporto prezioso in tutta la vacanza!

The hotel is well maintained, the staff is very nice and helpful, the food is very good. The rooms are clean and well maintained. However, I would not suggest choosing double rooms in the main building. Most of them have extra beds, which reduces the space of the room. It was difficult to ask for a double room with 2 beds. Michalis, who worked at the reception, lied to me, saying that all rooms have an extra bed. It turns out that there are rooms with 2 beds. It is not nice to lie to customers.

We have just returned from a stay at Aquila Rithymna Beach hotel. So much better than I expected. The hotel is quite palatial and was kept spotlessly clean and the grounds maintained to a high standard. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. There was a wide selection of food catering to all nationalities. There are 3 pools to choose from plus the spa pool and jacuzzi. They are in the process of completing the waterpark but I didnt hear any construction noise at all. It would benefit from a bit more in the way of entertainment such as mini golf etc as you do need either a car or public transport to get to Reythmenon. I was told buses are right outside but we didnt use them. There are other shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is stony/pebbly. They have lots of sun lounges in all different areas, around the pools and on the beach. What was lovely to see was the genuine rapport between staff and guests. There were a number of guests that return each year. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel très bien ! Repas excellent et variés. Personnel très souriant et sympathique. Seul petit bémol peut-être le service au bar est un peu long...je conseille toutefois vivement. Plusieurs piscines et accès direct à la plage. Nous y retournerons probablement

The hotel is beautiful ,immaculate and tasteful. Staff were good and helpful, Maria customer relations was above and beyond. Spa excellent as were all facilities. A warning to less mobile guests about huge scale of ground, which are fabulous. Beach is huge but shingle with quite a dramatic dip into sea. Our only disappointment was the standard of food, great selection but hot food in particular was inadequate for a 5. Star hotel. Be aware that many items on menus are surcharged if you are premium all inclusive hotel guest.

Thank you for another wonderful holiday. Was lovely to see all the lovely staff and enjoy the fabulous pool. We will be back again next year. We have recommended the hotel to all our friends.We have many holidays each year but this is the only hotel we keep coming back to.

Our 2 weeks stay was really lovely. We liked everything about the hotel. We trully reccomend. Great food, view from the room, excellent service ( especially from Kostas). Close to the shops restaurants and bus stop. We will be coming back soon.
