$4 for a bottle of water, $25 per night parking. No microwave. Wear-out chair and cupboard, ancient toilet and shower taps. There is not much services provided by the receptionists, not sure why they have two to three receptionists during the day. Great location with free tram services from City West or 15 mins walk to cbd.

I stayed in this hotel for four nights. The main reason was that it was convenient to take the tram and it was free. The only drawback was that the hotel did not have a restaurant. One day I had breakfast at Peter rabbit nearby. This restaurant was not far from the hotel and was very popular with locals.
