Here to review the important things! This hotel is brand spanking new with an excellent gym. All the usual cardio equipment, plus ample pin loaded machines and dumbbells all in a pleasant space. Just a heads up the chest press machine hasn’t been set properly and doesn’t fully extend. Otherwise cannot fault the gym. Please please put a card on the table about how to operate the lights! A heads up for guests. The one under the tables is motion sensor activated. I was this close to phoning reception :/

Tried out this new hotel as a birthday staycation treat and it was superb. From the moment we dropped our bags off to enjoy an afternoon drink at one of the many cool new bars in the precinct, the service was excellent. From the concierge, to the reception staff to the restaurant team, everyone was super attentive and warm. We just had a standard double room, but it was large and really well appointed. Loved the glass bottle filtered water refill stations and the pool. One of the best hotel breakfasts we've had and Penny Blue was ideal for an intimate dinner. It has a small menu and wine list, but everything we ordered was delicious. The Beef Wellington specialty was memorable.

Brand new. Great beds and pillows in a very well appointed room. Nice gym and pool area. Location is very central and the staff were lovely. Great Hamburgers as well :-) Definitely my new hotel of choice in Adelaide. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business travellers

I never review hotels but this new Marriott property is awesome for business travel. I love the closet which gives access to suitcase from bedroom AND bathroom! Lots of light and a lighted mirror for make up! I cannot say enough good things about this place-superb!

I was dragged here by work colleagues for coffee. The Marriot had the audacity to charge me $7 for a small almond cappuccino. They should've paid me $7 for having to drink their weak bland coffee. I noticed they had croissants out on a table with spreads, I can only imagine how much they'd charge for one of those. Avoid this place at all costs.

Beautifully appointed deluxe room. We stayed for a weekend and the room was perfect : Great view Modern decor Quiet air conditioning Comfy Bed We had one minor issue at checkin that the reception corrected immediately and professionally Self parking option is close and easy Great location walking distance to the Adelaide Central Markets. This hotel now sets the standard for luxury hotels in Adelaide. Will stay here again.

Phone enquiry the day before assured me the bar would be open at 10.30 pm for an after theatre champagne supper for a group of 6. We walked around a back lane looking for the hotel’s very obscure entrance - doors locked until we pressed the buzzer for someone to let us in and walked into the bar at 10.35pm to be promptly told we had to be out by 11pm and definitely no snacks available at that hour. No thanks we said - shame to have to scull in a hurry the expensive champagne we had been looking forward to .. and walked out. And this Marriott calls itself a 5 star hotel !!!
