我真的不理解 身
這破地方是如何被評為5星級酒店的，廁所枱子沒空間放化粧品，很容易濺得到處都是水，房間沒有被子給客人蓋床單，沒有洗護用具，反而用的是國內快捷酒店那種二合一的洗髮露。真無語！

I really don't understand
How did this poor place be rated as a 5-star hotel? There is no room for cosmetics on the toilet table, and water is easily splashed everywhere. There is no quilt in the room to cover guests with sheets, and there are no toiletries. Instead, they use domestic express hotels. That two-in-one shampoo. Really speechless!

Standard Twin Room with Sea View

We’ve just returned from a 7 night stay at this beautiful hotel. We’re a family of 3 which includes our 20 month old toddler. Just to set the tone of this review….The hotel couldn’t have been more perfect for all 3 of us.   - We booked a junior suite and we’re lucky to get allocated a suite that has separate bedrooms. This was a hugely appreciated bonus as that meant my husband and I were still able to spend the evening together once our toddler was asleep without having to sit in a dark hotel room. I’m sure other parents know what I mean and what a massive difference this makes. :)  -Food was super tasty and varied. I highly recommend the grill station outside of the restaurant. The lamb cutlets were delicious. Plenty of choice also for children/toddlers.  The staff was so super friendly and rushed to make sure a high Chair was readily available and a kids plate/cutlery was quickly provided too. I loved the fact that there were lots of families with children but also plenty of couples by themselves. It’s high class and definitely 5* and the hotel with its set up has found a great way of keeping up that standard.  -All pool areas are really well payed out in my opinion. The kids area (which is absolutely perfect) includes two pools, water slides for slightly older children and a couple of small slides for toddlers. The outdoor play area is brilliant and has everything a toddler (and older kids too) would need.  They also have an indoor play area attached to the restaurant which had been very helpful when our toddler didn’t want to sit at the table. At least one of us was able to eat, whilst the other one was in the play area with her. Genius 😊 - The kids club was incredible. The staff is super friendly and our daughter loved spending a couple of hours a day with some new friends in the crèche. No doubt, this feature therefore allowed my husband and I to make use of the Spa or simply chill by the pool for an afternoon. Thank you to the whole team for making this possible. You guys rock!   These were just some of our highlights, and I could go on and on but all in all this hotel definitely deserves this great review. We will definitely be back and I can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a 'luxury' family holiday. We can’t wait to book again! My friend and I stayed in a suite on the fourth floor (436). We had a panoramic view of the sea from our balcony and good views from inside. The lounge was a reasonable size and well equipped with mini bar and a huge TV (not watched at all while we were there). The bedroom had twin beds which we both found to be a little hard and uncomfortable after a couple of nights, The bathroom contained a reasonable size bath tub, bidet, WC and a separate and excellent power shower. The toiletries provided were fairly basic especially as we were paying a lot of money for the suite and just as well we took our own! I am not a fan of the wall pump shower and bath liquid soap nor the pump shampoo/conditioner. I think more upmarket toiletries should be provided but as I said we took or own so it was not a big problem,  The swimming pools are excellent. The saltwater pool is so buoyant that one could bob around in the warm water for hours! The other freshwater pool is also good although not as warm. Sunbeds may not be reserved according to management but this rule is flaunted all the time. It can be difficult to find a pair of sunbeds placed together pls a parasol! A common problem with most hotels.  The food is fresh and absolutely delicious for the most part. The only real problem with the food is that it is not always hot enough. If only hot plates rather than cold were provided this would go halfway to solving this problem. The variety of food cannot be faulted. Although I am a fish eating vegetarian there was always plenty of choice for me. I took photos for my husband of the plentiful meat also on offer.  There was entertainment every night including Flamenco dancing, singers, pianists, mad cap pirate acrobats etc.   Although we did not have children with us we couldd clearly see the children were all enjoying themselves immensely. There is a special kids package available (I believe).  All in all I love this hotel. It was my third visit and I would not hesitate to return again some time. I recommend it to you!

We have just returned from a week's stay here. It was our 7th visit but not been since 2015.  Lovely spacious rooms and bathrooms & plenty of storage space, our room had been refurbished and was very modern. The hotel is in a stunning location, beautiful well kept grounds & spotlessly clean. Most of all it has amazing staff, who cant't do enough for you. Good choice of food in the Garoe restaurant at the buffet and always fresh fish, seafood, steaks, lamb cutlets and chicken cooked to order for you. It was so lovely so see so many familiar faces, so many thanks to Bernita & Hayley for keeping us well watered at the pool bar & to Jose at the Ahemon poolside bar. Thank you to Casanova and all his efficient team in the Garoe restaurant, special mention to Alfonsa, Yessica,Lin & Jackie. Thank you to all at the Coloquio bar for keeping the drinks flowing after dinner, Javea & Norberto. Looking forward to our return next year.
