Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Von hier ist die playa del Duque gut zu Fuß zu erreichen oder man nimmt den Bus, um nach Los Cristianos zu fahren. Mitarbeiter des hotels sehr nett. Restaurants in La Caleta und auch an der Playa Enramada zu Fuß erreichbar

A most enjoyable stay at this hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very clean and just the right amount of entertainment and activities offered. Excellent location for walking to La Caleta and nearby beaches. Loved our balcony with a sea view.

Hôtel conforme aux notes indiquées par les autres hôtes mais bouffe insipide Mais serveur serviable et toujours agréable et notre écoute. Spa très bien au quatrième étage avec vue sur le soleil couchant. La piscine est de bonne qualité avec un bain tiède et l’autre frais. Les serveurs font beaucoup d’efforts pour vous parler dans la langues du pays super..

Lovely position and spacious rooms with a generously sized balcony. The swimming pool is a good size with a separate area for children. The shows in the evening are very good with a lot of variety and the dinner show with tasting menu is very good value

Knus hotel, binnen ietwat verouderd maar goed onderhouden. De kamers worden iedere dag gekuist. Proper zwembadcomplex met douches en ligzetels. Het hotel is uitstekende gelegen in een eerder rustige omgeving. Ideale uitvalbasis - openbaar vervoer in onmiddellijke nabijheid. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Voor wat betreft de maaltijden is er een ruime keuze aan verse groenten - fruit - vis - vlees.... Kort samengevat: een aanrader!!!

We have been here many times. Some things have slipped from the other visits. The food in the restaurant has seriously gone down hill. Choice and quality very poor. We had 1 breakfast and mainly ate out, as did many other people. The salads are only good thing. The Canarian night was very good, the best yet. The staff are very good in all areas. The hotel is spotless. After 15 years will have to think seriously about returning.

It is 3 star so expect 3 star. Nice quiet location clean and felt very safe. Black sand beach over the road. Food as expected 3 star. Staff are very helpful and nice. We had apartment very spacious but decor awful and kitchen scruffy etc … 3 star. Room clean tho beds very uncomfortable.. Spacious balcony. Pool area clean and attractive gardens. Pool bar ok, some food avail at pool bar some days dried up from lunch maybe. Sports bar on lower floor bit miserable etc. If you get a reasonable price for this then go for it, the food was better than a 3 star in the restaurant. If you are just laying your head then the room is satisfactory.

Schönes Hotel mit sauberem Pool und sehr gutem Essen (auch vegetarische Speisen) Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer mit Bergblick, leider den ganzen Tag keine Sonne, schade! Das Hotel muss noch mehr drauf achten, dass die Gäste die Regeln einhalten. Es werden Liegen am Pool reserviert und im Restaurant Brote geschmiert und dann in der Handtasche raus geschmuggelt. Unglaublich was wir da alles gesehen haben. Auch wenn am Eingang v. Restaurant ein Mitarbeiter stand, wurde nichts gesagt.....man muss dem Einhalt gebieten, sonst müssen wir alle mehr bezahlen, weil das Hotel mit dem Budget nicht hinkommt.
