Sicuramente il punteggio massimo lo darei alla pulizia soprattutto nelle camere. Gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale sono un altro fattore positivo. Colazione con scelta e buona qualità, cena nella norma di un hotel sostanzialmente turistico. Un consiglio: attenti alla manutenzione delle stanze , è un attimo lasciare andare specie in una struttura così grande ma, soprattutto, attenti alle foto che compaiono sul sito, la regola non è " mettere le foto più belle " !!! Il cliente vuole la perfetta corrispondenza tra quanto visto/ letto e quanto trova; si possono creare situazioni poco piacevoli; nel mio caso sono state appunto risolte dalla cortesia e disponibilità del personale al check-in.

Prijs/kwaliteit prima maar het eten ‘s avonds zou warm mogen zijn. Nu is alles wat warm zou moeten zijn lauw tot koud. Een beetje een verouderd hotel maar wel heel proper en prima service. Wij hadden een kamer met lateraal zeezicht wat wel een aanrader is om bij te betalen.

The staff is very friendly, the food is excellent, specially the cold salads. Congrats for the chefs. :) The room is clean, they are cleaning every day. Every evening they have programs in the different programs in the bar. For the future: please put small, thin pillow in the rooms.

Nos molestó en el balcón y en la habitación el humo de los cigarrillos del balcón de nuestro vecino. La prohibición de fumar en las habitaciones debería aplicarse también a los balcones. Por lo demás, todo estuvo bien :-). La comida en el restaurante del hotel era mejor que el año anterior. El personal es siempre amable, ¡nos sentimos bienvenidos en Hivima Garden!

A minha estadia neste hotel foi uma experiência maravilhosa! Localizado estrategicamente à beira-mar, o som das ondas e a brisa constante criam um ambiente relaxante que é difícil de superar. O visual deslumbrante do mar, especialmente durante o nascer e o pôr do sol, é um verdadeiro espetáculo que vale a pena vivenciar. Desde o check-in até o check-out, senti-me tratado como um convidado especial. Eles realmente fazem a diferença na experiência geral. Tive algumas dúvidas sobre passeios e atividades locais, e a equipe foi super prestativa, oferecendo dicas e soluções rápidas.

We have just returned from the HOVIMA Jardin hotel after 7 days, whilst the hotel rooms are very dated and in need of internal repair the cleaning staff must be commended as they keep the rooms very clean, we were on the first floor room 121A the room is very dated but has air con in the bedroom, the restaurant is very basic and the food is cold or has not been cooked properly so all we had was breakfast which was ample but most nights we ate out, we were half board but wished we went b and b only if we had known about the food. Would not be going back to this hotel
