Hotel was under renovation, It was not mentioned before we made the booking. On arrival it looked like a abundant building sorry. We went in scared to check what was happening and was informed hotel was in operation. There was no restaurant, no amenities due to renovation. Hallways were dirty , elevator had construction debris, sofa in king size room had stains, Washroom looked like it has been abused for many years. Had to pick up the breakfast in bags in the morning like a 1 star motel. Had some vendors attend to visit and it was embarrassing as it became the center of the conversation because they though it was a ghost town when they arrived and had to call to find out if the address was correct. Brought the Radisson name down to the floor. Did not expect Radisson to do this to their customers,

This place is a mess. Noise all day, starting at 7am on Saturday. Remodeling everywhere. They are stripping or sanding something above us. Walls are vibrating. Hotel is nightmare. Breakfast is less than average. Staff is nice. That's the only bright spot. They should not be working on the weekends, remodeling.

The pool looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years...it was disgusting!! Room booked for 2 but only 1 towel supplied...called front desk to ask for more towels & was told to cime downstairs to get them.

It was okay but the AC unit wasn’t great
The room was clean however there was no way to lower the temperature using the control panel. The room was very cold and the air conditioning system was extremely loud when running. It was impossible to sleep with the noise or the temperature.

El hotel no está en buenas condiciones , siempre tienen abierto un comedor entre las recámaras u se ve muy mal, un día se les olvidó dejarme toallas y hablé para pedirlas y me hicieron ir a recepción por ellas. También me hicieron un cargo de 50 dólares adicionales al pago por habitación para garantizar daños y después de 3 días me lo devolverían .

I liked that it was convenient and easy. I didnt care for the breakfast....hardly nothing to offer, not even fruits. Also it was hard to get towels. And no access to printing
