Hawthorn Suites Addison

This place was a dump. Holes in the walls, baseboards torn off, microwave missing. The first time we flushed the toilet, it flooded the bathroom and flowed into the bedroom. I asked to change rooms, and the clerk wouldn’t give me the key to a new room until we had taken everything out of the first room, which was next door. It was very inconvenient. We will never go back. EVER.

I stayed for 8 nights. Rude receptionist the room smelled like **** and cigarettes. The “kitchen” is not clean and even after all that the day I was checking out the receptionist was rude to me and it’s disgusting. Don’t go here unless you have no choice.

Great location, really pleasant & clean rooms. The thing that makes me happy this such a good place to stay. This hotel has rooms with kitchen. Everything is clean, which makes my stay more good with my friends I also recommend more people to stay here with good and friendly staff. Thankyou for your good service :)

The employees were somewhat friendly at least. but the first room I was put in, had bleach all over the floor, torn curtains, mold, the towels all had brown or yellow stains on them and the room smelled very rotten. I asked to change rooms and they let me. But the second room was not much better, the door didn’t lock properly and in the morning room service walked in on me.
