Service: First, a compliment. The service was very attentive and the attitude was impeccable. They also offer free airport transfers. Our room was initially damaged, but we were offered a free room change. The front desk staff was very patient and attentive, speaking both Chinese and English, and were very helpful. Facilities: The facilities were a bit dated and quite disappointing. The bathtub and light in our initial room were broken, but we were offered a free room change. Cleanliness: There is definitely room for improvement. The bedding was a bit worn, and the towels and bath linen weren't very clean. I hope they'll replace them soon. Honestly, it was a bit of a bother, as it really detracted from the overall experience. Ambience: Quite good, with many good restaurants nearby and the airport also very close. Because it was the rainy season, the lower-floor rooms might have been a bit damp, but overall, it was fine. We could faintly hear music at night, but it wasn't too noisy.
