satisfaction. From the pick-up staff, the driver, to the front desk service, the guest room, etc., the attitude of the hotel staff who met the situation was very good, and kind. Breakfast is good. Free pick-up, waiting for about ten minutes (more than half an hour for another hotel). The hotel staff also took the bus.

I really love it here! Love every staff member! I stored my luggage before going to the south, and the front desk kindly told me that when I arrived in Arbaminch, I would stay at Haile and ask the hotel to find a car for me. Later, I returned happily and stayed again, reluctant to leave here.

Stayed here during the Meskel holidays. Checking in took some time (2 hours of waiting) since we had no choice but to go to the hotel early before the roads close. Place has modern amenities that made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is okay, a good selection for vegans and health conscious alike.

The staff are very helpful and nice. The location is close, but not walking distance to the Maskel square, so you can take tram. They offered me a shuttle to the airport which was very helpful.

Breakfast is OK, sometimes the diesel generator is off the power, a diesel smell is changed from the 2nd floor to the 9th floor, WiFi is connected, it is best to bring Internet cable or self-provided AP, there is security at the door, there is a good western restaurant environment opposite, equivalent to domestic 3 stars

AAnnettekissОтель бронировали на неделю, так как нужно было работать удалённо. Отель находится недалеко от аэропорта. Ночью доехали до него на такси за 6 минут.
Завтраки здесь по меню – можно выбрать 1 блюдо из списка, чай или кофе, фрукты или йогурт и сок. Готовят достаточно долго, на завтрак уходил час. Как мне показалось, постояльцев в отеле было мало, мы практически никого не видели.
В стране постоянно отключают электричество надолго. В каждом отеле есть мощные генераторы. В один из дней, когда WiFi не работал, нам сказали: подождите полчаса. Мы пошли обедать, а когда вернулись, генератор они так и не включили. При этом генераторы работали во всех соседних зданиях. Когда через 2 часа без электричества я пошла ругаться, мне начали затирать, что если генератор заведут, то электричества не будет ночью. А кому оно нужно ночью? Только после моих просьб генератор всё же запустили. На следующий раз в номер звонили опять с песней, что ночью не будет электричества, а в итоге связь сделали. В отеле 5 этажей, без генератора не работает лифт.
Чтобы дождаться горячей воды в душе, воду надо сливать не меньше 5 минут. В раковине горячей воды нет. В отеле есть только мыло. Шампуней, геля для душа и всего остального нет.
Самый ужас – лающие собаки. Они начинали лаять или выть с наступлением темноты и поутру. Также с 4 до 8 утра жуткие пения из мечетей. Спать нормально из-за слышимости было невозможно.
Уборка была нормальная. В номер ставили 2 бутылки воды и клали пакетики чая.

NNin KululAlthough the hotel didn't quite surpass my expectations, it still provided a decent experience overall. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. While it may not have had standout features, it offered all the essential amenities one would expect. Therefore, I would rate it a respectable 6 out of 10. While it didn't leave a lasting impression, it served as a satisfactory choice for a pleasant stay.

TTAKUYA部屋はまぁ値段相応の設備かと思いました。清潔度は高かったと思いますが、ぬるい湯しか出ませんでした。ドライヤーが見当たりませんでした。安いので相応なんですが、五つ星ホテルというのは疑問です。
ジム、サウナ、マッサージを利用しました。ジムの音がうるさかったです。サウナは良かった。マッサージルームはジムのそばにあり、うるさくてリラックスできなかった。
レストランはめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。

Hotel facilities: look at the pictures, which were taken when I checked in that day. Look at the pictures for bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. Hotel decoration: look at the pictures. Toilet: dry and wet separation. Breakfast: look at the pictures, on the 5th floor. Hotel service staff: I personally think they are very service-minded and were quite nice during my stay. The pictures of the hotel are consistent with the pictures of the room I actually stayed in.

CChanghaoIt's hard to say this hotel is great, but it does have a glorious past. Even the locals say this hotel is too old. The overall interior decoration is stuck in the 1990s and is not in line with modern life. The biggest problem is that I stayed for five days and there were too many mosquitoes in the room. It was so noisy every day that I couldn't sleep well. This is the biggest problem if I choose to live here. But it has a great location, nice staff, good breakfast, and a big garden.
