Fuimos al hotel Sidra, porque la empresa de la aerolíneas Etihopianairlines ,nos llevo por tener más de 4 horas de espera para la conexión con otro vuelo. El hotel habrá sido lindo en su época. Actualmente venido a bajo. Las puertas no cerraban , la cena escasa variedad, faltaban utensilios en la mesa. Tampoco pudimos desayunar. La tostadora no andaba , no había café, leche , azúcar. Lo único que había era algo de comida de la región. El personal muy amable .Pero muy precario todo.

Worst night ever.
The toilet leaked water the whole time all over the floor.feom.the bottom. They tried siliconing it rather than fixing it. They have no generator and Addis Ababa was having frequent power outages. The room was full.of.mosquitoes and at night i needed my cell to light myself to get to the bathroom. It went dead by morning as I was unable to charge it.

After eight years away from my home country, I spent more than three weeks at Sidra hotel on a family vacation. The staff is fantastic and very welcoming. The free breakfast is fantastic, with Ethiopian options and meals for foreigners available, as well as a professional and friendly chef who always ensures his guests are enjoying his food and checks to see if anything is missing. I enjoyed my entire stay there and am already missing the morning steam and sauna with free foot massages from professional girls. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is repairing the shower equipment because it floods the bath room when taking a shower, and the gym equipment at the treadmill is getting old.

Sidra Hotel is a great facility, a short distance from Bole Airport with free shuttle to and fro for their guests. Rooms are large and clean with terrace, The staff is always available and very helpful. good breakfast and dinner with room service, wifi available. SPA area is also very nice with free leg massage early in the morning.

This is a quiet hotel in the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The 24-hour room service and the spa are free to use. You can also get a free foot massage at the spa. The MOSEB MUSIC CENTER, a few minutes walk away, is a great night spot. You can listen to great jazz every Friday, and enjoy traditional music and dance shows on Saturdays. I recommend combining this with a hotel stay, as you can enjoy your weekend without having to worry about your transportation back home!

I stay the whole two weeks in this outstanding hotel when I was in Addis Ababa. The room was clean with comfortable bed. But most of all the service was nothing but 5 star all the stuff members are amazing. I want to mention this three stuff members Bini, Tison and Rahel thank you so much.
