Overall, a very good stay! The staff is warm and attentive, and one receptionist even made the effort to speak French, which was a nice touch.
The hotel offers many valuable services, although a few areas could be improved. For example, staff sometimes knocked on the door despite instructions to do so, and room service sometimes mixed up orders (coffee instead of hot chocolate). Regarding the sauna, the air was almost unbreathable, probably due to plants or products used in the water.
Positive point: the free airport shuttle, a very convenient service that made the stay easier.
Overall, a great experience! This hotel will remain on my list if I return to Ethiopia.

After staying for a week, the Wifi and mobile phone signals were not very good. The wired network was intermittent due to power outages. Hot water was often not available. The room was quite big and the food on the top floor was delicious.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are beautiful and services are excellent. The staff especially the front desk director is kind and cooperative. They attended us better in food and transport services. The mattress is very comfortable. I will be back

I had 24hrs layover in Ethiopia, the place is so nice professional front office staff with cute manager they have i will come back this place with my family one day i am gonna Miss everybody in the hotel my Allah be wz u much love and respect to all

Covenient it was so nice the room is deeply clean spacious food and comfortable zone the nice staff they are so great I loved the massage it was very relaxing there is a full gym and also spa and sauna which are complimentary for room guest extra not expensive
