Amazing hospitality at this hotel, particularly from Biruk and Firehewot in the Semay Restaurant. They were very attentive and advise me well on the food and wine choices. I would stay here again when visiting Addis Ababa. Thank you all again

The service was excellent from check in , room service, breakfast service to housekeeping. Every staff member was courteous, friendly and helpful . Specially Selamawit who was helpful. She helped us to organize the Spa even after her shift had ended. Special thanks to Betty, Mesfin and Menfesawit for exceptional service. My experience at Double Tree Hilton, Addis Ababa is by far the greatest hotel experience I have had internationally.

The staff of this hotel are outstanding. They always have a smile on their face, and will make sure they attend to your every needs. From the driver who picked us up at the airport in the rain, to the doorman and receptionists, to the servers at the restaurant - thank you so much! Our trip was short, but it was a lovely one, and we hope to return on our next trip to Addis.

The beautiful staff at this lovely hotel make you feel as if you are their only concern. They are incredibly polite, attentive and obliging. No request is met with anything other than a willing smile. I’ve had the best massage I’ve ever had in my life, and my stay has truly renewed my faith in this culture. The first leg of my journey was at the Skylight, free transfer, and I felt like I was being herded, as part of a cattle market. Not a good experience. Staying at the Doubletree has been wonderful and I can’t thank them enough, for making me feel safe and cared for. Worth paying for.

Helen and her team on reception were excellent.Helen went above and beyond to help me get an IT issue fixed. The resturant was well organised, food was plentyful and tasty, big thank you to Malet the resturant hostess who was very attentive and helpful. Location near to the airport was good for me and i recommend this hotel and would stay again.

At very short notice the Doubletree by Hilton put on an excellent cocktail reception for us in their lovely 11th floor restaurant and balcony. The food and drink were excellent and the service was wonderful. I would definitely recommend them.
