The room is very clean, the hotel is in a great location, the service staff is very friendly, and there is also an airport drop-off service. However, the shower water flow is small and it takes a long time for the water to heat up.

We had a layover in Addis Ababa and decided to stay at the new Hilton Doubletree Airport. I had coordinated pick up at the airport by the airport shuttle and it was waiting for us. Once we arrived at the hotel (a 4-minute drive from the airport), the staff whisked us and our luggage into the lobby, checked us in very efficiently and showed us to our beautiful room. The hotel actually smelled clean and new. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed even had rose petals on it. Throughout our stay the entire staff were friendly, professional and attentive to our needs. When we left the hotel the shuttle van was waiting for us and delivered us promptly to the international terminal. We highly recommend the Doubletree Airport if you plan to visit Addis Ababa.

We recently stayed at the DoubleTree in Addis, and we had a truly memorable experience from check-in to check-out. We felt valued throughout our stay, as each staff member greeted us warmly. Overall, we were delighted with every aspect of our visit. The service provided by all the staff was exceptional. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone—from the door staff and front office to the servers, housekeeping team, and bar team. A special acknowledgment goes to the front office manager and the food and beverage manager. Additionally, we would like to congratulate the general manager for leading such a highly professional team. Well done to all!

I recently accommodated my clients at this beautiful and newly opened hotel, located very close to Bole International Airport—one of the most convenient options in the area. They stayed for four nights and had a pleasant experience throughout. The staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. Each morning, I joined my clients for breakfast, where we were consistently well attended by a courteous and helpful young waitress named Bethlehem.
