The room is relatively large and clean. The surrounding is relatively quiet. It is close to the Chinese area. The breakfast is average.

The rooms are excellent and cleaned everyday, the staff are very friendly and always willing to help, food is delicious and available 24/7. Habtom is an excellent employee.

All the staff starting from the parking guards to the house keepers are awesome and ethically correct. The Love their work and I think they are thinking that the hotel is their's and that totally makes a difference. Thank you for your hospitality. The food was healthy on my earlier experiences and Today, I had a good portion and healthy. The waiters served me Maschal and Meseret were excellent and willing to serve in anyway possible. As human beings you are not perfect, but you are amazing. From the front Desk, everyone is wecoming but Kalkidan I knew her from Bestwestern pearl and I met her here and she is so, welcoming and professionaly excellent. Maryamawit (if I correctly spelled it), also smart in taking the next step to help. All guys whom I met at the front desk were excellent. I had faced a very very slight eror I have faced from my stays here so, it doesn't matter. It showed me how the entire leadership of the hotel watch and lead all their staff. Guys, keep moving we need an excellent service. One minor comment watch the steam and sauna area and keep maintained regularly. Thank you and feeling honored to be your guest! Eshete Belete

I had a wonderful experience at the lobby bar during lunch time, thanks to Habtie. He provided excellent service, was attentive to my needs, and made great recommendations. The atmosphere was relaxing, and I truly enjoyed my meal.
