Best Hotel I've stayed at in Addis Ababa.
Unfortunately due to Foot and Leg Injuries; had to stay in Room for majority of time.
Personnel very helpful for Room Service..and assisting in pushing my wheelchair.
Highly recommended for anyone who is thinking of visiting Addis Ababa.

I stayed a couple of days at the hotel. My plan was to do my remote work from there, however the hotel does not have a functioning electric generator and there is no electricity or wifi during times of power outage. Elevators are inaccessible and the whole hotel goes pitch black. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

stayed at Sunland International Hotel in Addisu Gebya in June 2025 and was disappointed by a significant issue with receiving my receipt. On Friday, June 27, I requested my receipt and was told it would be ready, but on Sunday, June 29, I waited over two hours at the front desk with no resolution. The staff cited a printer problem, but no alternative solutions, like a digital or handwritten receipt, were offered despite my follow-ups. This delay was frustrating and inconvenient, especially for business travelers needing documentation. While the hotel’s facilities are decent and some staff are friendly, this experience highlighted poor service coordination. I hope management addresses these operational issues to improve guest experiences.
