Perfect room, clean hotel was not let into the restaurant because of age the restaurant manager, didn’t let us eat in the restaurant. We had to order room service instead, and there was tables in the restaurant the spa was okay, but the spa staff were making dirty looks on us and reception tried to charge us extra fees!

We had my mother in law's 70th birthday at The Woodlands, the whole process of booking and organising the party was so easy and the staff in the events team were so happy to help and made everything so simple and hassle free. On the night of the party, the room looked amazing, the food was so good and we just felt like the staff gave the best service and genuinely wanted everyone to have the best night! I can not thank them enough for giving my mother in law the best party and making the process of organising so seamless. Thank you Woodlands, you were brilliant.

I had my wedding at the Woodlands House Hotel. From start to finish absolutely everything was perfect. I cannot recommend this Hotel highly enough. The food was exceptional. The service exemplary and the rooms both I and our wedding guests booked were superb. Whether for a wedding, function, family event or just a hotel break you will not be disappointed. If coming with kids you will find everything you need too. The treehouse is a fabulous outdoor space and there is even a playground and petting zoo on site.

We had the most amazing day in the Woodlands for our wedding this May. The location, staff and experience was 10/10, I could not recommend the Woodlands more highly. David and the staff guided us through everything and put us completely at ease. The venue is very reasonable for the experience and care that they offer.

We went to The Woodlands for Easter dinner. I honestly can't praise the staff enough. They went above and beyond to make sure our family was looked after. Our son, who can be quite a fussy eater, didn't like anything on the menu. One of the staff went out and bought wedges and fish fingers just for him. That kind of thoughtfulness is so rare these days and meant the world to us. The food was lovely, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the service was genuinely exceptional. We were well taken care of from start to finish. A huge thank you to everyone at The Woodlands.
