Perfect room, clean hotel was not let into the restaurant because of age the restaurant manager, didn’t let us eat in the restaurant. We had to order room service instead, and there was tables in the restaurant the spa was okay, but the spa staff were making dirty looks on us and reception tried to charge us extra fees!

Fantastic hotel in every aspect. Perfect for families. I can’t fault anything about the Woodlands hotel. The staff were all friendly and super helpful. The hotel was spotless and the food was delicious. The breakfast was so tasty with a freshly cooked menu of such things as pancakes , eggs Benedict and barista coffees. There’s a soft play room , kids pool (alongside full size pool) pet farm , playing pitch .. so many things to do for kids. The bedroom mattress was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

Our wedding day was magical. From the reception and all the attention to detail, to the food, to the bedrooms, the staff were amazing. The day ran so smoothly. We could not have been happier with our choice of wedding venue.

Very welcoming hotel, lovely foyer and pleasant reception staff. Rooms & bathrooms were clean & modern. Dining room was very busy, air con was on which made our table very breezy, however, there wasn't any other table available due to all tables seated. Food came out without delay and staff very helpful. Breakfast on the other hand was disappointing due to cold food. Apparently there was an issue with electricity at the bain maries. Fried eggs & porridge needed to be ordered separately so by the time they came to the table it was all too late. Staff were very attentive and pleasant despite the pressure and customer demands. Breakfast wasn't enjoyable on this occasion.

It is great to be back in this great hotel, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Reservation was so easy the girl was very helpful. The girls at Checkin were so helpful and friendly and welcomed me back. Dinner I was greeted by Callum, once again welcomed me back and placed me at a nice table. I was served by Andria who in my mind was one of the best in a very long time I any hotel I stayed in so friendly and helpful. The other girls serving checking that my meal was what I ordered. Once again a special thanks to all the staff for looking after me so well.

Spent the 1st evening of our tour here for dinner. What a wonderful start! Warm welcome from Elena to the location this evening. She shared their use of organic vegetables, home grown on their property. And also their commitment to local sourcing of the produce, within 10 miles. Can’t wait to head back there this week hopefully for another meal in their bistro before we leave. Fantastic food, great service from Rhianna who was a pleasure to meet, and Macauly. Highly recommend this location. We look forward to staying with you also next time.
