Merhabalar, otelimizin önünde arabam bozulmuştu,rica ettim resepsiyon görevlisi Sibel hanım'a ,oturabilir miyim diye,kendisinin kibarligina ve lobide oturmama zin verdiği için hatta çay bile ikram edildi.otelinize bayıldım ve özellikle Sibel hanımın iş ahlakı ve misafirperverliği için de çok çok teşekkür ederim.

Düğün mekanına çok yakın olması sebebiyle tercih ettiğimiz ancak Adanaya tekrar gittiğimizde asla tercih etmeyeceğimiz bir otel.Girişteki personel ***et güler yüzlü ve ilgili ancak odalar ve kahvaltıyla ilgili aynısını söylemek mümkün değil.Odadaki tuvaletin çöp kutusunda önceki kullanıcıların attığı hijyenik ped atıkları duruyordu ve rezalet bir koku yayılmıştı.Kahvaltıdaki zeytin ve reçel tabaklarının kenarları küf içindeydi.En azından bu temel hijyen kurallarına dikkat edilmiş olmasını beklerdik.

Sabah 09:00'da matkap ve çekiç sesiyle uyandık otel konaklamamızda. Sebebini sorduğumuzda klima tadilatı olduğunu ve sesin devam edeceğini konukların bilgilendirildiğini belirttiler fakat bize bir bilgilendirme yapılmadı. Böyle bir işletmecilik olamaz konaklama amaçlı kalınan bir işletmede müşterileri saat 09:00'da uyandıramazınız.
